Als meine Frau ein Leihauto nach einer Reparatur zurück gebracht hat, wurden uns für 16 km gefahrener Strecke 25,- € verrechnet. Als ich angerufen habe um zu fragen wie das möglich ist, hatte ich den Eindruck dass es ihm total egal ist - hauptsache er kriegt Geld - egal wie. Wo anders bezahlt man laut dem Inhaber 40,- € pro Tag für einen Leihwagen. Das stimmt aber auch nicht, besonders dann wenn man für die Reparatur über 3.000,- € bezahlt. Fühle mich als Kunde hier überhaupt nicht ernst genommen. Die Laune und Art des Inhabers selbst finde ich auch unmöglich! Werde hier nie mehr zurückkommen.
Can not agree with the positive reviews from my perspective! When my wife has a rental car returned after repair, for 16 km distance traveled 25 were us - € charged. When I called to ask how this is possible, I had the impression that it is him totally no matter - the main thing is he gets money - no matter how. Where else will be charged according to the holder 40, - € per day for a rental car. This is not true as well, especially when one of the repair over 3,000, - € paid. Feel as a customer here not taken seriously. The mood and nature of the owner himself I find impossible! Will never come back here.
