Hatte es 2 jahre vorher schon mal in einer Vertragswerkstatt richten lassen, da hat es einen ganzen nachmittag gebraucht-war aber auch top gemacht. My passenger seat had a defect, was done in a quarter of an hour. Had it set up in an authorized workshop 2 years before, it took a whole afternoon - but it was also great.

Meneer heeft ons zeer snel en professioneel geholpen zodat de reis toch nog volgens planning kon verlopen. The windshield wiper broke down the night before our departure. V	Volker Strönisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten mitten im Urlaub ein Problem mit dem Auto bekommen. Ein Anruf im Autohaus Emberger und wir konnten den Wagen direkt vorbei bringen. Die extrem freundliche und kompetente Beratung hat uns beeindruckt. Daniel (wir waren irgendwie sofort beim Du) hat eine umfangreiche Fehlerdiagnose durchgeführt und die Reparatur wurde eingeleitet. Nun konnte Renault ein Ersatzteil einfach nicht mehr liefern (das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass bei einem gar nicht so alten Auto einfach keine Ersatzteile mehr verfügbar gemacht werden, Kundenzufriedenheit scheint Renault nicht zu interessieren), da haben die sich eine Lösung einfallen lassen, die am Ende professioneller aussieht als das Original. Solche Improvisation lobe ich mir. Die Erfahrung mit dem Autohaus Emberger war also hervorragend, der Preis ebenfalls fair. Nun können wir sorgenfrei die Heimreise durchführen - schade, dass diese Werkstatt nicht an meinem Heimatort liegt, das würde meine Stamm-Werkstatt werden. We had a problem with the car in the middle of vacation. A call to the Emberger car dealership and we were able to bring the car right over. The extremely friendly and competent advice impressed us. Daniel (we were kind of straight away) carried out an extensive error diagnosis and the repair was initiated. Now Renault could no longer supply a spare part (this is not the first time that spare parts are simply not available for a car that is not that old, Renault doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction), so they came up with a solution which ends up looking more professional than the original. I applaud such improvisation. The experience with Autohaus Emberger was excellent, and the price was also fair. Now we can travel home without worries - it's a pity that this workshop is not in my home town, that would become my regular workshop.

Beide Autos wurden in kurzer Zeit kompetent und günstig repariert, die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Besonderer Clou: kreativ wurde eine günstigere Möglichkeit gefunden, einen Schaden dauerhaft zu beheben. Vielen Dank für alle Hilfe! On the way to Wagrain, warning lights went on in two cars. Brought the cars to Emberger: the best decision! Both cars were repaired competently and cheaply in a short time, the employees were super friendly. A special highlight: creatively, a cheaper way was found to repair damage permanently. Thank you for all help!
