A	Amelie Oetjen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mit einem Golf 2 nach einer Strecke von 1000 km liegen geblieben und wurden vom ADAC zu dieser Werkstatt abgeschleppt. Die Lichtmaschiene des Golfs hatte einen Defekt und musste ausgetauscht werden. Die Werkstatt hatte, zu unserer Verwunderung, weder die Möglichkeit eine Lichtmaschiene zu bestellen, noch konnte sie uns weiterzuhelfen wie wir nun an ein Ersatzteil kommen könnten um wieder zurück nach Norddeutschland zu fahren. Wir fanden es leider etwas schade das uns in unserer kleinen "Notsituation" nicht wirklich geholfen wurde, und dieser VW Partner scheinbar keinerlei Möglichkeiten hatte an ein so simples Teil wie eine Lichtmaschiene für einen Golf zu kommen. Trotzdem war das Team sehr freundlich, und als wir auf den letzten Drücker eine Lichtmaschiene selbst auftreiben konnten, wurde diese auch sehr zügig eingebaut. We got stuck with a Golf 2 after a distance of 1000 km and were towed to this workshop by the ADAC. The alternator in the Golf had a defect and had to be replaced. To our surprise, the workshop neither had the opportunity to order an alternator, nor was it able to help us how we could get a spare part so that we could go back to northern Germany. Unfortunately, we thought it was a shame that we were not really helped in our little "emergency situation", and this VW partner apparently had no way of getting a part as simple as an alternator for a Golf. Nevertheless, the team was very friendly, and when we were able to get hold of an alternator ourselves at the last minute, it was installed very quickly.

Es wurde uns umgehend und professionell geholfen und nach ca. 45 Minuten konnten wir mit neuem Reifen weiterfahren. Preislich war das ganze auch voll ok. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die super schnelle Hilfe. Spontaneously drove past there today due to a loss of pressure in the rear left tire. We were helped immediately and professionally and after about 45 minutes we were able to continue driving with new tires. In terms of price, the whole thing was okay. B	Basti H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg: Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf die Werkstatt des Autohauses. Sind vom ADAC wegen leuchtender Batteriewarnleuchte zum Autohaus Radstadt abgeschleppt worden. Diagnose: kaputtes Kabel von der Lichtmaschine des T4 zur Batterie. Kabel nicht mehr lieferbar also müsste die komplette Lichtmaschine gewechselt werden. Aussage vom Mitarbeiter: Ob sich das für den T4 noch lohnt... Eine freie Werkstatt konnte uns den Fehler dann zum Glück nach ein paar Minuten beheben. Es fehlte lediglich eine Schraube im Sicherungskasten (welcher beim Autohaus Radstadt auch angeschaut wurde), was einen Wackelkontakt ausgelöst hat. Seitdem (3000 km später) weiterhin ohne Mängel. First of all: This review refers to the dealership's workshop. Have been towed to the Radstadt dealership by the ADAC because the battery warning light was on. Diagnosis: broken cable from the T4's alternator to the battery. Cable no longer available so the entire alternator would have to be replaced. Statement from the employee: Is it still worthwhile for the T4 ... Fortunately, a free workshop was able to fix the problem after a few minutes. Only one screw was missing in the fuse box (which was also seen at the Radstadt car dealership), which triggered a loose contact. Since then (3000 km later) still without defects.
