S	Sabrina Ebrahim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise vertrete ich die Meinung: wenn du nichts gutes zu sagen hast, dann sag besser nichts! Aber leider kann ich das nicht so stehen lassen! Folgendes ist passiert: ich wollte hier einen Autokauf betätigen. Nach einigem hin und her haben wir uns auf einen Preis geeinigt und ich wollte das Auto auch schon kaufen. Wir haben ganz höflich gefragt, ob wir es anzahlen dürfen, nach dem Wochenende (es war Freitag) den Rest bezahlen könnten und es da abholen könnten. Der Chef meinte: "na na, ich will das Auto heute aus der Werkstatt." Daraufhin antwortete ich ihm: "gut, kein Problem, ich hole gleich das restliche Geld und nehme das Fahrzeug mit." Wir haben uns darauf geeinigt, dass er mich um spätestens halb 3 anruft um mir zu sagen von wo ich das Auto abholen und ich die Summe begleichen kann. Er versicherte mir, dass es keine anderen Käufer gibt und ich das Auto noch am besagten Tag kriegen würde. Ich wartete und wartete bis ich ihn selber um 16 Uhr anrief. Er hielt mich weiterhin hin, meinte dass er mich sofort anrufen wird. Tja nichts ist passiert und ich bemerkte, dass er das Auto einfach weiter verkauft hat,trotz fester Zusage und ohne mir bescheid zu geben! Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Wenn man einen anderen Käufer hat, kann man das ruhig sagen und mich nicht den ganzen Tag hinhalten bzw Hoffnungen machen! Meine Zeit ist genauso wertvoll wie Ihre und egal wie günstig oder teuer man ein Auto verkauft, hat man so nicht mit potentiellen Käufern/Kunden umzugehen. Das war höchst unprofessionell! Usually my opinion is: if you have nothing good to say, then you better not say anything! But unfortunately I can't leave it like that! Here's what happened: I wanted to buy a car here. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price and I wanted to buy the car. We asked very politely whether we could pay it down, pay the rest after the weekend (it was Friday) and pick it up there. The boss said: "Well, I want the car from the workshop today." Thereupon I replied: "Well, no problem, I'll get the rest of the money and take the vehicle with me." We have agreed that he will call me at 2:30 p.m. at the latest to tell me where I can pick up the car and where I can pay the amount. He assured me that there are no other buyers and that I would get the car that day. I waited and waited until I called him myself at 4 p.m. He kept holding me out, saying that he will call me immediately. Well nothing happened and I noticed that he just continued to sell the car, despite a firm promise and without letting me know! To cut a long story short: If you have another buyer, you can safely say that and not hold out or raise your hopes all day! My time is just as valuable as yours and no matter how cheap or expensive you sell a car, you don't have to deal with potential buyers / customers that way. That was extremely unprofessional!
