Die Abwicklung war 1A, so wie es sich bei Mercedes gehört. Weil ich schon vieles erlebt habe bei anderen Mercedes stellen, verdient sich der Herr Miloš einen heftigen Bonus von Wiesenthal! Für mich sollte er als Mitarbeiter des Jahres gekürt werden! Danke Miloš und danke Wiesenthal! I picked up my coupé from Wiesenthal (Wiedner Hauptstrasse) today and I can't let the day go by without mentioning the perfect service from Messrs. Miloš! The processing was 1A, as it should be at Mercedes. Because I've already experienced a lot at other Mercedes locations, Mr. Miloš deserves a hefty bonus from Wiesenthal! Herr Jaitner hat mich höflich und kompetent beraten, er ist auf meine persönlichen Bedürfnisse eingegangen, hat jeder meiner Fragen beantwortet und hat mir eine Reifen Marke empfohlen. Ich konnte die Reifen zwar noch nicht auf einer Schneefahrbahn testen, aber bis jetzt bin ich, dank der sehr perfekten Beratung betreffend der Reifen, äußerst zufrieden. Vielen Dank dafür und bis bald. Es ist immer ein tolles Erlebnis in dieser Filiale betreut zu werden. Weiter so I needed new winter tires. Mr. Jaitner advised me politely and competently, he responded to my personal needs, answered all of my questions and recommended a tire brand to me. I have not yet been able to test the tires on a snowy road, but so far I am extremely satisfied thanks to the very perfect advice on the tires. Thank you for that and see you soon. When asked why the fee was so high they were just reading back what's written on the bill and shrugging the shoulders EDIT After I got the response on my comment, I tried contacting the service manager as instructed. But even though I received a confirmation that my message has been received, nobody has responded to it or tried to "resolve any issues" I've had. I guess the price that I was charged was normal for them and there was nothing left to discuss or resolve.
