★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich mehrmals gesagt habe, dass keine groben Reparaturen vorgenommen werden sollen ohne mich vorher darüber zu informieren, hat sich Herr Paul nicht daran gehalten.
Zu meinem großen Ärgernis hat er auch noch die Karosserieteile beider Fahrzeuge (Auto und Moped) beschädigt. Obwohl ich ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe stritt er dennoch alles ab.
Ich wollte meine persönliche Meinung kundtun um über die inkompetente und nicht nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweise der Autowerkstatt zu informieren.
Although I have repeatedly said that no rough repairs should be made without informing me in advance, Mr. Paul has not stuck to it.
To my great annoyance, he has also damaged the body parts of both vehicles (car and moped). Although I pointed him out, he still denied everything.
I wanted to express my personal opinion in order to inform about the incompetent and incomprehensible way of working of the auto repair shop.
