Freundlich und hilfsbereit; Ersatzteile für mein Fahrzeug habe ich sowohl per Mail, vor Ort und Telefonisch abgeklärt - Passgenauigkeit wurde vom Team überprüft und keine zwei Tage später waren die Teile abholbereit. Ausgezeichnetes Team und von nun an mein Team des Vertrauens, wenn es um Angelegenheiten rund um mein Fahrzeug geht.
I'm usually not one to write reviews; however, I think the service from MotoAlex GmbH is above average. Friendly and helpful; I clarified spare parts for my vehicle by email, on site and by phone - the team checked the accuracy of fit and the parts were ready to be picked up less than two days later. Excellent team and from now on my trustworthy team when it comes to matters relating to my vehicle.
