Wieder heim schleppen.. Plötzlich eine Delle und Gebrauchsspuren.. Wieder zurück. Wieder kein Angebot oder Entschuldigung, nichts außer wieder total unfreundlich.. Nehmen die Neuware!!! Nur zurück wenn du auf 15Prozent!! von deinem bezahlten Geld verzichtest!! Absolute Frechheit der Laden und seine unglaublich unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter! KAUFT WOANDERS! GLAUBT MIR! Under no circumstances shop here. Alleged new goods partly broken. No exchange, just send it in. (Employees incredibly unfriendly !!!) Wait 2 weeks .. Dragging home again .. Das Samsung Gerät mit QLED: Die Farben sind ein Wahnsinn. Der Shop hat ja beim Lockdown nur zur Abholung offen. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und fragen noch, wie sie helfen können, den doch ziemlich großen Fernseher raus zu transportieren. Hatte aber meine Rodel dabei und "Ruck-zuck" schon steht er zu Hause. Ja, so muss Technik gehen - super Qualität zu fairem Preis, und das Ganze schnell, einfach und mit freundlichem Personal. e4y ist eine glatte Empfehlung. Urgently bought a new TV 1 week ago because the old one is broken. With Click & Collect - that works great. The Samsung device with QLED: The colors are amazing. The shop is only open for collection during lockdown. But the staff are friendly and ask how they can help to move the rather large television out. But had my toboggan with me and "in no time" it is at home. Yes, that's how technology should work - great quality at a fair price, and the whole thing quickly, easily and with friendly staff. e4y is a straight recommendation.

Außer ein sehr oberfläschliches "Kamera und Display sind besser", konnte ich den Verkäufer nicht raus locken. Ich habe das Galaxy S20FE schlussendlich bei Amazon bestellt um einen deutlich günstigeren Preis und mir die Beratung über Vergleichsportale geholt. Schade, da ich nach dem Lockdown die Geschäfte wieder beleben wollte. Doch mit dieser Arroganz und Unwilligkeit beim Verkauf ist es mir der Mehrpreis einfach nicht wert, sorry..... Einer der Mitarbeiter, männlich, Anfang bis Mitte 40, blond/bruenette , schlank ist der schlimmste von allen. Den sollten ihn mal in einer Schulung schicken wo ihm beigebracht wird, was Kundenfreundlichkeit bedeutet. Der hat definitiv seinen Beruf verfehlt. Jedesmal so eine fresse ziehen sobald ein Kunde in den Laden reinläuft. Definitiv das letzte mal das ich dort eingekauft habe!!! The staff is more than rude. If you ask where my goods are, you will be put off. One of the employees, male, early to mid 40s, blonde / brunette, slim is the worst of them all. They should send him in a training session where he is taught what customer-friendliness means. He definitely missed his job. Always pull a face as soon as a customer walks into the store. Definitely the last time I bought there !!!
C	C Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fernseher am Samstag gekauft. Am Montag telefonisch informiert, ob eine Rückgabe möglich ist - laut Mitarbeiter möglich, aber mit einem -Abschlag von 70-100€. Vor Ort kam es leider zu einer Diskussion, bei welcher man uns mitteilte, dass keine Rückgabe möglich wäre. Daraufhin verließ ich wütend das Geschäft. Mein Mann erzählte mir, dass der Mitarbeiter uns dann entgegengekommen ist und nur 66€ Abschlag verrechnet hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Ich habe vorhin eine negative Rezension erfasst, da ich die letzten Minuten der Rückgabe nicht mitbekommen habe. Hierfür möchte ich mich beim älteren Mitarbeiter entschuldigen! Allerdings erwarte ich mir, dass die Auskunft, welche ich telefonisch erhalten habe, auch so in der Filiale umgesetzt wird und nicht erst nach einer Diskussion bei der es leider etwas lauter wurde. Ich kann die schlechten Rezession nicht verstehen. Ich würde dort wieder einkaufen. Preis-Leistung ist top ?????? I was in this store yesterday. I ordered a monitor. When you buy a thing you are not allowed to open a box and see whether it is not destroyed in the package or whether it fits you at all. How can you imagine to buy a watch without knowing how it looks on your wrist? Consultant was not trained to deal with costumers. Well, too bad for the shop. Will not recommend it to anyone. Also will make sure the head office knows about this incident as a reason why their sales figures are poor.
