S	Stefan Trenkwalder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich 5 Uhren zum Batteriewechsel gebracht hatte waren die nicht mehr auffindbar. Die einzig freundliche Mitarbeiterin war auf Urlaub und bei ihr hatte ich sie abgegeben. Nachdem ich ein paar Wochen später Mal die Uhren abholen kam war bei 2 davon die Batterie nicht gewechselt, weil sie den Öffnungsschlüssel dazu nicht haben. Diese Uhren hatte ich bereits mehrere Male dort zum Batteriewechsel, war bisher immer möglich. Die Krönung war allerdings, dass ein Uhrenglas einen tiefen Kratzer von der Mitte zum oberen Rand hatte, von dem allerdings behauptet wurde, dass der unmöglich von ihnen verursacht worden sein kann, weil das ist so. Wäre das schon zerkratzt gewesen, hätte ich bei der Abgabe schon ein neues Glas beauftragt, weil ich Ihren sammle und das nie lassen würde. Allerdings wurde es vehement abgestritten und mir die Schuld gegeben. Was ich von der Sorgfalt zu halten habe hat mir schon gezeigt dass man meine Uhren nicht mehr findet und bei der Abholung diese vor mir aus dem Papiersackerl auf den Tresen schüttet statt sie einzeln raus zu nehmen. Mich sieht dieser Laden nie mehr wieder. Und ich hatte über 12 Jahre alle Uhren immer dort. After I brought 5 watches to the battery change, they could no longer be found. The only friendly employee was on vacation and I left her with her. After I came to pick up the watches a few weeks later, 2 of them hadn't changed their batteries because they didn't have the opening key. I already had these watches there several times to change the batteries, so far it was always possible. The icing on the cake, however, was that a watch glass had a deep scratch from the center to the top, which it was claimed could not possibly have been caused by you, because that is so. If that had been scratched, I would have ordered a new glass when I handed it in, because I collect yours and would never leave that. However, it was vehemently denied and I was blamed. What I have to think of the care has already shown me that you can no longer find my watches and when you pick them up, pour them out of the paper bag onto the counter instead of taking them out individually. This shop will never see me again. And I always had all my watches there for over 12 years.
