Haben tolle Marken und es ist immer was für uns dabei. Die Verkäuferinnen sind wirklich alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. War erst heute wieder dort und man findet wirklich immer was. ? Wir haben uns dann mit unser lieben Silvia unterhalten, aber heutzutage darf man nicht einmal mehr reden, weil so eine frustrierte alte Dame meinte, dass es keine Märchenstunde ist. Warscheinlich hat sie noch nicht verstanden, dass dies auch zum Kundenservice gehört.

Have great brands and there is always something for us. The saleswomen are really all very friendly and accommodating. Was only there again today and you can always find something. ? We then talked to our dear Silvia, but nowadays you are not even allowed to talk because such a frustrated old lady said that it is not a fairy tale hour. She has probably not yet understood that this is also part of customer service.
