Reklamationsbehandlung: Chefin legt am Telefon einfach auf. Beim Gespräch danach dann die Aussage vom Chef: naja wenn eine alte Frau ihr Ketterl verliert, muss sie sich auch ein neues kaufen. Fazit: Wir mussten 50 Euro bezahlen - für nichts! Nice business as long as you don't have a complaint. Wanted to get my niece's first tooth set. Back we got our tooth broken! Complaint handling: boss simply hangs up on the phone. During the conversation afterwards, the boss said: well, if an old woman loses her Ketterl, she has to buy a new one. Conclusion: we had to pay 50 euros - for nothing!

Haben auch unser bruchgold zum Tageskurs gekauft, war bei anderen Juwelieren nicht so, einmal weniger berechnet oder etwas für die Dienstleistung verrechnet. Fa.Kleindienst kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Danke das Sie sich mehr Zeit genommen haben. Very nice, great advice, also understand fun. Ich habe für meine schwangere frau ein armketterl gesucht und eine möglichkeit es auch personalisieren zunlassenm demnach wusste ich ja noch nicht wie das kind heissen würde. Ich suchte mir eines aus. Zahlte einen teil im voraus und wenn ich weiß was es ist sollte ich mich melden und es wird dann meinen vorstellungen bearbeiter. Gesagt getan. Am selben tag am morgen rief ich an und am m konnte ich das geschenk schon abholen. Vielen vielen dank an die firma. So freundlich und nett das ganze team. Bin schonnlange nicht so gun frk.be raten worden. Ein dank auch anndie filiale in frk. Die sind genauso bemüht und ein super service.
