★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte schon 2 Besichtigungen mit Frau Kuhm, eine geduldige Person welche sich auch die Zeit nimmt. Bis jetzt war das Objekt auf unserer Liste leider noch nicht dabei.
Already had 2 visits with Mrs. Kuhm, a patient person who also takes the time. Unfortunately, the object was not on our list until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir, ein älteres Paar, sind schon einige Male in Europa umgezogen. Wir beauftragten auch viele Makler/innen und können somit ein Lied davon singen.
ABER..... jetzt kommt's..... so eine professionelle, freundliche, kompetente und immer erreichbare Maklerin wie Frau Kuhm hatten wir selten bis gar nicht. Eine Seele von Mensch mit einer unendlichen Geduld , die zu jeder Besichtigung Zeit und Informationen mitgebracht hat.
In keiner Sekunde hatten wir den Verdacht, dass uns eine projektbezogene , möglich negative Information, vorenthalten wurde. .... Keine geschönten Tatsachen..... einfach ehrlich ..... so lieben wir das und bedanken uns nochmals für die erfolgreiche Vermittlung einer Immobilie.....

BUT ..... now it comes ..... we rarely or never had such a professional, friendly, competent and always available broker like Ms. Kuhm. A human soul with infinite patience, who brought time and information with me to every visit.
In no second did we suspect that project-related, possibly negative information was withheld from us. .... No embellished facts ..... simply honest ..... that's how we love it and thank you again for the successful brokerage of a property .....
