Unser ausdrücklicher Wunsch war nur die Dichtung, welche zwischen den Wasserbehälter und der Kaffeemaschine sitzt, zu tauschen, da die Maschine nur leicht tropfte. Der KV war € 297.- ohne konkrete Informationen, was defekt sei, selbst bei Nachfrage über den Mediamarkt kam keine detaillierte Kostenaufstellung. Da wir nicht bereit waren die hohen Reparaturkosten bei einer fast 9-jährigen Maschine zu bezahlen, entschlossen wir uns die Maschine ohne Rep. zurückzunehmen und etwas unterzulegen oder den Wassertank nach Gebrauch zu entleeren. Zu Hause wieder angekommen war die Maschine komplett defekt und konnte nicht mehr in Betrieb genommen werden und dafür hatten wir auch noch €50.- für den KV bezahlt. Danke liebes Jura-Team fürs Demolieren! We have our Jura Micro 9 at the Mediamarkt Wr. Neustadt handed in for repair. Our express request was only to replace the seal that sits between the water container and the coffee machine, as the machine only dripped slightly. The KV was € 297.- without specific information about what was defective, even when inquiring about the media market there was no detailed cost breakdown. Since we were not prepared to pay the high repair costs for an almost 9-year-old machine, we decided to take the machine back without repairs and put something under it or to empty the water tank after use. When we got home, the machine was completely defective and could no longer be put into operation and we had paid € 50 for the road transport. Thank you dear Jura team for demolishing!
