Kundenservice ist sehr unzufriedenstellend, man lässt mich einfach ein paar stunden warten obwohl ich es dringend gehabt hatte und das fhe franke zeit gehabt hatte. Ich gab ihnen den autrag etwas zu reparieren und sie waren Inkompetent diese zu reparieren. Kurzgesagt, Hände weg von dieser scheiß firma! The FHE Frank can not do anything. Customer service is very unsatisfactory, they just let me wait a few hours even though I had had it urgently and had the time. I gave them the order to repair something and they were incompetent to repair them. In short, steer clear of this fucking company!

Ich habe extra angerufen und ein Herr teilte mir mit, dass sie erst Dienstag kommen könne. Was mich am meisten aufgeregt hat ist, dass ich davor keinen Anruf bekommen habe, um mir über diesen scheinbar nichtwahrgenommenen Termin Bescheid zu sagen. 2. Der anstehende Termin am Dienstag war, wie telefonisch am Montag vereinbart, vergebens! Keiner ist gekommen! Nicht einmal ein Anruf oder Ähnliches ist uns entgegengekommen. Ich fühlte mich regelrecht von denen ver**t. Meine Zeit ist auch kostbar! Was soll das? 1. I got up on an early Monday at 9 am because of an agreed service appointment, and lo and behold: nobody came! I called specially and a gentleman informed me that she could not come until Tuesday. What upset me the most is that I didn't get a call beforehand to tell me about this apparently missed appointment. 2. The upcoming appointment on Tuesday was, as agreed by phone on Monday, in vain! Nobody came! We didn't even receive a phone call or anything like that. I felt downright ***** from them. My time is precious too! What shoud that?

Wir haben seit über3 Monaten Schwierigkeiten mit einem Gerät, so dass wir vom Kaufvertrag zurück getreten sind. Leider ist die Rücküberweisung des Geldes ein großes Problem. Normalerweise gehört so etwas nicht ins Netz, aber wir wissen uns schon nicht mehr anders zu helfen. Also Finger weg! Es gibt bessere Firmen. We strongly advise against working with this company. Service-oriented and customer satisfaction is written differently. We have had difficulties with a device for over 3 months, so we have withdrawn from the purchase contract. Unfortunately, remittance of money is a big problem. Normally this is not part of the net, but we do not know each other anymore. So go away! There are better companies.
