I have been a customer for 35 years and I still buy from Kolb. Very friendly employees, good professional advice, always well served. I also stop by for a chat.

Im Geschäft dann aber trotzdem nicht verfügbar. Bitte bei Telefonauskünften eine Minute mehr Zeit nehmen anstatt Leute eine Stunde umsonst umherfahren lassen. Dieser Laden hat leider keine 4.8 Sterne Bewertung verdient. Asked for a power plug by phone and described in great detail including the type number. I was guaranteed that this was safely available. But still not available in the store. Please take a minute more time for telephone inquiries instead of letting people drive around for free for an hour. Unfortunately, this shop does not deserve a 4.8 star rating.

Ich kaufe seit ca. 5 Jahren meine Elektro-Geräte nur mehr beim Kolb in Hard, Danke an Hr. Kolb und sein großartiges Team!!! First of all top advice, then precise delivery including assembly, polite and competent fitters, I am enthusiastic about Elektro Kolb, a company where customers are still king. For about 5 years I have only bought my electrical devices from the Kolb in Hard, thanks to Mr. Kolb and his great team !!!

Beim Einbauen meiner beiden Geräte waren beide Handwerker sehr bemüht und man merkt das da einfach Profis am Werk sind . Bin sehr zufrieden und würde es immer wieder gerne weiter empfehlen . War bei einem anderen Fachhändler mit den Geräten und der reparierte sie schnell und preiswert. Unfortunately, I have to say that 2 devices already broke after the guarantee and when asked how it could be I was told: We are only dealers - we can't help it. Was at another specialist dealer with the devices and they repaired them quickly and cheaply.

Warte schon 1 Monat auf die Reparatur Leider nicht so gut organisiert kommt mir vor, da ich drei mal drum bitten musste meint Teil zu bestellen. Der Techniker war sehr kompetent, als einziger. Deswegen 1 Stern. Opening time 8am Not true, but 8:05 you picked up the phone, that doesn't work at all. Wait 1 month for the repair Unfortunately, it doesn't seem so well organized to me, as I had to ask three times to mean to order part. The technician was very competent, the only one. Therefore 1 star.
