Die Firma Jungwagenhaus ist ein netter Familienbetrieb, mit einem einzigartigen Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe mein neues Auto zu einem fairen Preis bekommen und mein gebrauchter PKW wurde zu einem sensationell guten Eintauschpreis retourgenommen. Die Beratung war wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail gut. Man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben. Ich kann Familie Dummer von der Firma Jungwagenhaus nur jedem bestens weiterempfehlen. Auch nach dem Kauf ist man bemüht um den Kunden. Weiter so, dass ist der richtige Weg im Verkauf.

Hab mir einen V90CC beim Gerhard gekauft. Da wir in der Coronazeit nicht in sein Geschäft fahren durften, hat er alles gemacht damit wir den Volvo besichtigen konnten. Er war bei den Verhandlungen entgegenkommend und bei den kleinen Mängeln die wir noch gefunden haben, hat er sich ebenfalls umgehend gekümmert. Er hat sich an die Vereinbarungen gehalten und auch für den Volvo den wir eingetauscht haben noch einen vernünftigen Betrag geboten.

Bought a BMW i3 in November 2021, I find the car very good and suits me well at this time, however this is a review of the dealer. First contact was good, traveled to Austria for a test drive which went fine and put down my signature afterwards. The dealer also lowered the list price and I negotiated two new tyres into the deal. A transfer from Austria to my home country of Germany requires special plates and insurance which would've been an 325€ extra cost - I asked the dealer about this and he assured me he can supply both. Come pickup day I was presented with the following: - the car was dirty - the tyre mobility set (BMW 71102333674) was missing (it's a sealant + pump combo) - 4 new winter tyres were fitted, I was told beforehand however this vehicle was on all-weather ones (b/c of their special size summer tyres + rims for the i3 are an extra >1300€) - the transfer plates fitted on the car were actually test drive plates which by Austrian law are two different things, some tense discussion followed, both of us called local auto insurers if they can be used or not - no definitive answer, I did not want to risk anything and in the end the dealer and I split the cost for proper ones Finally at home I looked the vehicle over in more detail: - the rear trunk cover is missing - the rear antenna rod is missing (BMW 65209355718), but it has internet access through the other built in one nonetheless - the specially coded wheel bolts for theft protection (BMW 36132453961) are replaced instead by normal ones -> this is contrary to the initial car description - it does not have emergency braking assist, which is part of the "Driving Assistant Plus" package (a 750€ extra) -> this is also contrary to the car description and I was specifically told it would have it during the test drive - the outside exhibits several blemishes, most are small and understandable for a used vehicle with 45k km but they could've been fixed or fixed less hacky before it had gone on sale In summary, I'm happy the car is mechanically & electronically sound, especially it has gone up in value since, however from closing the contract onwards steadily more disappointing things emerged. I'd advise any potential customers of Jungwagenhaus to be detailed, thorough and diligent from start to finish before parting ways with your hard earned money.
