★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service in any hardware store that I have ever come across. If you are in a hurry forget about it. Nobody can do anything for you without asking at least three other staff members. Always check the price, it’s usually higher at the till than it is marked on the shelf. Hate coming here, but as it’s the only hardware store in Linz there isn’t much choice.
