★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt hier viele gute und schöne Zimmer. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Man kann hier Laktose frei Speisen. Vegan wird auch angeboten. Was mich stört das in manchen Zimmern die Duschen neben der Eingangstür zum Zimmer sind.
 There are many good and beautiful rooms here. The food is very good too and the staff are very friendly. You can eat lactose free here. Vegan is also offered. What bothers me is that in some rooms the showers are next to the entrance door to the room.

Friendly hosts, large common rooms, lots of space for kids to run around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Sehr gute Lage! In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum. Man kann bei ausreichender Schneelage mit den Skiern zur Talstation abfahren und nach dem Schitag wieder zum Hotel zufahren. Sehr gutes Essen in Buffett Form und einige Zusatzeinrichtungen des Hotels wie Turnsaal mit Kletterwand, Tischtennistisch, Kühlschränke, Getränkeautomat, Kaffeeautomat, offener Kamin, … erweitern das Angebot und machen den Aufenthalt angenehmer.. Negativ: Leider waren nicht alle Pisten befahrbar, aber das ist höhere Gewalt..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite having alerted the hotel weeks beforehand that I am vegetarian the buffet's vegetarian main dishes contained meat twice within the same week. Tuna in the pasta and ham in the "kaspressknödel" . It's disturbing that I paid for vegetarian meals and they simply aren't available. After days of French fries, salad, and cake, I'm certain never to return. Also, the WiFi in the room is terrible,rooms are overheated, and the dial on the heater is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible wifi reception in the rooms, and the buffet food is poor quality. Furthermore, vegetarians go hungry. At breakfast they ran out of bread, and at lunch the vegetarian main dish had fish in it! French fries and vegetables is not enough to fuel an afternoon of skiing. I alerted the hotel ahead of time and was assured this wouldn't happen. Never again, worst ski hotel I ever stayed at. Vegetarians beware!
