E	Emil Gigov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 2 families of 4 and stayed there in two separate apartments. We would not stay there again and would not recommend the place. The apartments had clean bathrooms but the rest was very worn out. The communal areas in the official pictures are misleading - the rooms are kept dark and never used. Worst of all, the host is extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. She was confrontational right from the start. She then walked into our friends apartment, using her own keys, when they were supposed to be out but one person was unwell and stayed behind. This is a totally unacceptable invasion of privacy. We were asked to pay 15 Euros per person for bed linen and towels, which were old and worn out. The folding sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There are many negative reviews for this property - I wish we had read them before we booked but we left it late to book and choice was limited.

And below some of my thoughts. +The apartamenthouse is located in very good location near ski bus, restaurants and supermarket. Disadvantages: -Unhelpful and unpleasant woman that is also owner of this place. -Ski room without possibility of closing -Dirty rooms (you pay 60€ for cleaning) -No toilet paper, towels, bed sheets -Paid WiFi (15€ per device) which actually is open and available for everyone I've been in many places around the world and this is my first time when I'm as much embarrassed as after stay here. At the end the host is calling all my group to not post bad opinion what is ridiculus. If someone reads these reviews then should take them to heart and not blame another people who are 100% right.
L	Lilia Vovchak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I booked 4 rooms in February here. Would not recommend it at all! Definitely overpriced for the service you get. I have a vast experience traveling Europe and this is the first time I have to write a bad feedback. Looks like hostess is not an adequate person. Very rude. Check in time took more than 1 hour - without ability to use the toilet or at least leave the baggage in the room. We arrived late in the evening and had to wait for keys for ages. Anyway, linens we got were old and synthetic. No toilet paper in the bathroom at all (really? should we take this for the trip? where we could get it on Sat evening when everything in Austria is closed?). One small bin bag for 4 people for 7 days stay. No dishwashing liquid in kitchenette. Bathroom is renovated, this is a plus. Be ready the host could enter your room with spare keys without asking or knocking in the midday. It is not acceptable! I wish host to be more hospitable and attentive to the guest needs. Zillertal is a great place to stay and relax but definitely not in this hotel.

J	John Alvaros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in strict city center near supermarket skibus and restaurants. Rooms are quite old and dirty. The host has a lot of problems to people. Super unpleasant. I've never meet such woman. Don't recommend there are better places in this area.

After reading the reviews, we agreed to come across as very friendly, but we immediately understood the reviews about the grumpy owner. We have rarely felt so unwelcome. The owner is very unsuitable for her job. Be nice to your guests! Reaction to Family Huber; I'm pretty sure Julia. I was with some friends and indeed am not the guy who make the reservation. I had to give my name when checking in so you will probably find my name somewhere.
