Der Ortskern von Zell am Ziller ist zu Fuß in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Unterm Strich alles Top! Wir kommen wieder ;-) We were with 4 people for a weekend long on site. Above average clean rooms, nice hosts and a good location. The center of Zell am Ziller can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. All in all, top! We will be back ;-)

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die drei Badezimmer purer Luxus beim Skifahren :) We had a very nice week in the Rauch apartment. The Rauch family is super hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the three bathrooms are pure luxury when skiing :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn wir für unseren nächsten Urlaub im Zillertal wieder eine Unterkunft brauchen, kommt dieses Apartment natürlich wieder in Betracht. We had a very nice holiday week in the apartment smoke. The apartment is large, spacious, very comfortable and the hosts very friendly. We felt very well and if we need another accommodation for our next vacation in Zillertal, of course, this apartment is considered again.

Saubere große Wohnung mit 3 Bädern und Balkon, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Skigebiet konnten wir vor Ort alles zu Fuß erledigen. Familie Rauch ist außerdem super gastfreundlich und hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We were with 7 people a week in the big apartment with the Rauch family and everything was perfect. Clean large apartment with 3 bathrooms and balcony, we lacked nothing. Due to the proximity to the train station, supermarket and ski area, we were able to do everything on foot. The Rauch family is also super hospitable and provided us with everything we needed. We would love to come back!
z	z3r0_co0oL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war eine Woche bei Familie Rauch zu Gast. Das Apartement war sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war Top und es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Familie Rauch ist sehr sympathisch und stehts daran interessiert, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Zudem erhält man wichtige Tipps, wo und wann man am besten die Skigebiete genießen kann. Es kann sogar durchaus sein, dass man sich auf der Piste trifft ? Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Skiraum mit Heizung für die Boots. Absolut perfekt! Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und zudem ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Mein Apartment verfügte über einen eigenen sehr großen Balkon. Ein absolutes Highlight, wenn man abends von dort aus auf die Berge schauen und die ganzen Lichter, Pistenraupen etc. entdecken konnte. Einfach nur malerisch. Der eigene PKW-Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war zudem ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Da das Haus recht zentral gelegen ist, ist sowohl die Talstation zum Skigebiet als auch der Ortskern schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann das Auto also auch mal stehen lassen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Zell werde ich wieder bei Familie Rauch anklopfen und hoffentlich ein freies Apartment ergattern. Meine absolute Empfehlung! I stayed with the Rauch family for a week. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The equipment was great and I didn't miss anything. The Rauch family is very personable and is always interested in not wanting anything. In addition, you receive important tips on where and when you can best enjoy the ski areas. It is even possible that you will meet on the slopes ? The house has its own ski room with heating for the boots. Absolutely perfect! The house is lovingly designed, very well maintained and also quiet. Perfect for relaxing. My apartment had its own very large balcony. An absolute highlight when you can look at the mountains from there in the evening and discover all the lights, snow groomers, etc. Just picturesque. The own car parking lot on the property was another plus point. Since the house is in a very central location, both the valley station to the ski area and the town center can be reached quickly on foot. So you can leave the car behind. On my next visit to Zell I will knock on the Rauch family again and hopefully get hold of a vacant apartment. My absolute recommendation!
M	Mateusz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked stay in this apartment few months before planned stay, but they proved to be frauds. Firstly they posted their offer in a good price then they tried to change it with booking saying it was mistake. Now when they cancelled booking the number of good offers is nearly zero. I don’t recommend this place. It is very unprofessional and unethical way of cheating potential clients. Beware of this place, maybe when you visit them they will change the price, room or other conditions of your stay.
