D	Dorina Behrisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten Besitzer. Wer Tiere mag ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Vor allem für Kinder ganz toll. Very nice accommodation with a very nice owner. Anyone who likes animals is in good hands there. Especially for children really great.
I	Im Zweitakt - Der Simson Kanal - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vollkommen ok als Unterkunft um ein paar schöne Tage im Zillertal zu verbringen. Allerdings erwecken die Fotos auf der Homepage den Eindruck dass das Gebäude inmitten der Natur steht, dem ist leider nicht so. Vermieter sehr freundlich und es wird doch einiges geboten (Outdoorspielplatz, Grillkota, Tiere, Tischtennis). Das einzig negative war dass der Badvorleger nur aus den Haaren vorheriger Gäste bestand, und das war echt eklig. Trotzdem, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Absolutely ok as accommodation to spend a few nice days in the Zillertal. However, the photos on the homepage give the impression that the building is surrounded by nature, which unfortunately is not the case. Owner very friendly and a lot is offered (outdoor playground, Grillkota, animals, table tennis). The only negative was that the bathroom mat only from the hair of previous guests, and that was really disgusting. Nevertheless, value for money in order.
E	Eileen Benner-Feisel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten wie immer einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Tolles Haus mit großzügigen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen in ruhiger Lage aber trotzdem Zentral. Nur kurzer Fußweg zum Sparmarkt und in den Ortskern. Free WLAN, Brötchenservice möglich. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Kinder lieben die Tiere, das Trampolin, den Pool, die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten und die Gesellschaft der anderen Urlauberkindern. Zum Haus gehört auch ein großer Hof mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum draußen verweilen.......vielleicht in Gesellschaft der freundlichen Vermieter (Josef und seiner Mutter). Die Appartments haben aber auch Balkon bzw. Terrasse. Der Arena Coaster und die Seilbahn zur Rosenalm-Fichtenschloss ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung wert!!!! Wir kommen wieder :-) As always, we had a very nice holiday! Great house with spacious and well-equipped apartments in a quiet location but still central. Only a short walk to the Spar supermarket and the town center. Free WiFi, bread delivery possible. Bathroom with shower and bath. The children love the animals, the trampoline, the pool, the many play areas and the company of the other holidaymakers. The house also has a large yard with nice seating to linger outside ....... maybe in the company of the friendly landlords (Josef and his mother). The apartments also have a balcony or terrace. The Arena Coaster and the cable car to the Rosenalm-Fichtenschloss are within walking distance. All in all worth a recommendation !!!! We will be back :-)

Dichtbij het centrum, goede wifi, prima TV, aparte douche, WC en badruimte. (groot) zwembad buiten voor de kinderen, schoon en een eigen tuin!! Vriendelijke eigenaar Joseph die erg behulpzaam is. De kinderen mogen helpen op de boerderij. Midden in het Zillertal gebied met veel activiteiten. Kortom een prima locatie voor in de zomer!! We spent 12 days here in the large 3 bedroom apartment on the bg. Close to the center, good wifi, good TV, separate shower, toilet and bathroom. (large) swimming pool outside for the children, clean and a private garden !! Friendly owner Joseph who is very helpful. The children are allowed to help on the farm. In the middle of the Zillertal area with many activities. In short, a great location for the summer !!
P	Petra Slots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat hebben we hier genoten, een zeer schoon huisje met alles erop en eraan en een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. Voor informatie en vragen kun je altijd bij Josef de eigenaar terecht. De kinderen hebben zich heel goed vermaakt met het zwembad, de trampoline, de dieren en bij toeval ook nog de geboorte van een kalf meegemaakt!! Regelmatig zaten we beneden om te genieten van het uitzicht en om een praatje te maken in combinatie met een drankje. De supermarkt is lekker dichtbij en ook het centrum is op loopafstand. We waren voor het eerst in het Zillertal en wat was het mooi, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en dan zeker weer naar Sonnenau!! What we enjoyed here, a very clean house with all the trimmings and a beautiful view of the mountains. For information and questions you can always contact Josef the owner. The children enjoyed themselves very much with the swimming pool, the trampoline, the animals and by chance also witnessed the birth of a calf !! We regularly sat downstairs to enjoy the view and to have a chat in combination with a drink. The supermarket is nice and close and the center is within walking distance. We were in the Zillertal for the first time and it was beautiful, definitely worth repeating and then definitely back to Sonnenau !!
R	Rasmus Trock Kinnerup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Et lejlighedskompleks i udkanten af Zell am Ziller. Med klappedyr, legeplads og badebassin. Vi fik aldrig succes med at opleve de store dyr i stalden og arbejdet deri. Det blev drevet som erhverv og der var ikke naturligt plads til os med små børn. Vi boede 2 familier i hver vores stuelejlighed (suite). Det fungerede fint. Vi savnede dog varme i gulvet og ventilation særligt i badeværelset. Håndklæder tørrede aldrig og badeværelsesgulvet var aldrig tørt. Kun kontant betaling som i resten af Østrig. Vi ankom med tog og oplevede at der var for langt til bussen til dagsture (1,3 km). Centrum af byen er 1,6 km væk. Forvent en masse fluer. Vi var der 1 uge i juli. An apartment complex on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller. With pets, playground and swimming pool. We never had success in experiencing the large animals in the barn and working in it. It was run as a business and there was no natural space for us with small children. We stayed 2 families in each our ground floor apartment (suite). It worked fine. However, we missed floor heating and ventilation especially in the bathroom. Towels never dried and the bathroom floor was never dry. Cash payment only as in the rest of Austria. We arrived by train and found that it was too far to the bus for day trips (1.3 km). The city center is 1.6 km away. Expect a lot of flies. We were there 1 week in July.

Tolle Möglichkeiten für die Kinder zu spielen und die Tiere am Hof zu streicheln und zu versorgen. Nice, quiet location on the outskirts near the Ziller. Very relaxed host! Great opportunities for the children to play and to stroke and care for the animals on the farm.

Well it aint, it's a 12 unit apartment block in the center of town with some cages of small animals and a small inflatable pool. Not what we expected. The apartments itself are clean, roomy and have a large sat tv, mostly German language channels. Wifi reception in our apartment was almost nil. If you're looking for a holiday on a apartment it's ok, if you're looking for a holiday on a farm look somewhere else.
