Markus ist ein sehr netter Arzt und nimmt sich viel Zeit für seine Patienten. Das ist Fakt.. Umso mehr bestürzt es mich, dass bei einem missverständlich versäumten Termin - da ist von meiner Seite wirklich viel schief gegangen an diesem besagten Tag, wenn ich so zurückdenke - eine Rechnung von 65€ ausgestellt wird - ohne Warnung, und lediglich einem Anruf am Tag des Versäumnisses. Nicht die Woche drauf, auch keine Mail oder irgendein Versuch dem versäumten Termin nachzugehen. Mit Information der Ordinationsassistentin, dass normalerweise über € 100 fällig gewesen wären.. Ich bin bei Markus schon seit meiner Jugend und man möchte glauben, dass nach dieser langen Zeit ein gewisses Vertrauens- bzw. Kulanz-Verhältnis besteht. Man kann ja wirklich über alles reden. Dass hier dann straight so vorgegangen wird, regt mich allerdings wirklich auf. Up until now I have always been a great doctor, whom I have trusted since he opened the practice and who therefore contact me with any complaint. Markus is a very nice doctor and takes a lot of time for his patients. That’s a fact. I am all the more dismayed that in the event of a missed appointment - a lot went wrong on my part on that day, if I think back - an invoice of € 65 is issued - without warning, and only one call on the day of Failure. Not the next week, no email or any attempt to follow up on the missed appointment. With information from the doctor's assistant that normally over € 100 would have been due .. I've been with Markus since I was young and you would like to believe that after this long time there is a certain trust and goodwill relationship. You can really talk about anything. The fact that this is the way things are done here really upsets me.
