Well where should I begin. I will keep it short. Service was really poor. Angry servers, specially the boss. Food was at some days uneatable, even found a hair in it. Servers only speak German and weren’t willing to switch to English. In short, wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even not to my worst enemies.

Our family (2 parents, 2 teens) stayed here over Christmas 2018. We had a great stay and are very happy with the hotel. The rooms and the whole hotel are super clean and functional and very quiet. The beds are not super comfortable but we slept fairly ok in them. I didn't like the pillows and it was only one of them each so my neck was hurting a bit in the mornings. But, it might also have been from all the skiing we were doing. The maids were cleaning the rooms daily which was very nice indeed. Food was not fantastic but there was something for everyone. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was included in our halfboard stay. As a vegan/vegetarian family I was worried that we might go hungry but they had something for us every day. Breakfast offered lots of vegan alternatives and for dinner there was always a great salad bar if nothing else. No problem at all if you are vegetarian there were plenty. On top of this they were catering for gluten free and lactose free customers. I was mighty impressed by this. There was even soy milk for my coffee. Nice bar to hang in with lovely staff. Lots of games to play and a ping pong table plus a cinema room and play area for the little ones. Best thing at this hotel was their wellness studio with 3 different saunas. Normal Sauna but also steam room and a Far infrared Sauna. We were there every evening and it was awesome. All included in the stay. Good priced hotel and very well located with a bus stop right outside the door. Staff was super friendly.

Basic hotel, has all the essentials although the room had a weird smell and while I was visiting, there were many students on a school trip which did a lot of noise. There is a small sauna and Turkish bath. Breakfast is buffet style and has the essentials. Average for the price paid.

Wonderful place for someone who has children. Presence of children is for nobody disruptive. It is much to eat inclusive sweets for the smallest. Also there is a bar for adults to rest in the evening. There is a nice sauna. Parking place is big enough and the bus stop is opposite to the hotel. Location of the hotel is great for all tourists as it is close to the path to very important places as well as not so far from the center. The offer in the hotel is big enough to have very relaxing and/or active time with family. Staff speaks both German and English. In the hotel there are also interesting bonus offers :-).

JUFA Kaprun is a great hotel, absolutely recommendable! We have been staying at the hotel for a skiing vacation, and it's just perfect for that: There's a dry room in the basement with a direct entrance from the bus stop in front of the hotel. Access to the sauna area was free of charge for hotel guests. The rooms are rather simple, but functional and the room service is cleaning thoroughly. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, also very flexible when responding to individual wishes.

Very good value for money this hotel, the food was good, room for family with kids was good size and the bunkbeds for the kids were great. The only negative was the toilet room, which was smelly, luckly the shower was separate from it, so toulet door we kept it closed atall times. Otherwise, the hotel had even a playarea for kids, a bar with snacks, good breakfast and buffet dinner was very good.

The food was bad, service was bad, 70 euros were stolen out of my room. And the moment we checked out we weren't allowed in, even to use the lavetories. 2 stars for like 2 of the personal who were chill.

Hotel Jufa is run by very friendly and helpful people. The staff is very attentive and provides a pleasant stay. The hotel is not located directly on the slopes, but the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. So you can walk out the door and get on the bus immediately. The rooms are very spacious and well cared for and offer numerous facilities such as: television, hairdryer, towels and a safe. Before and after skiing you can enjoy a well-cared-for extensive buffet. You can end your day in the wellness facilities or at the hotel bar.
