★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel since I visited Austria. We booked for 2 nights and we extended for one more night ??? all was perfect from A to Z? the best was the water hose next to the toilet seat. Definitely will be coming back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and the atmosphere were above anything we've seen in Austria and the decoration was above the price range, we really enjoyed our stay in this place. The breakfast is also very delicious - fresh bakeries and highly customised breakfast meal as nothing we've seen before. At the time we were there they also offered us a "summer card" with many discounts that helped us along our trips - some even were for free with this card instead of 25€ tickets we could just pass with the card the hotel gave us. So all I can say me and my partner definitely will come and visit again in the future.

Nice people, high standard room, good price, and in addition you get a summer card with full benefits, free site visits and discounts. I really enjoyed my stay there, I will be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite hotel ! Everything was perfect! We will stay only there in Kaprun ! And next time longer ! The food was delicious, the staff is very friendly and have lovely personality, the room had a alpine inspiration, the wellness Center is also a peace oasis, they have Ritual products witch is definitely a plus ! If you don’t believe me , please give it a look there ! You will thank me later ! Thank you Avenida for the excellent service!

This hotel was a special relaxing trip and I around the world did not give full stars except for a few and this is one of them I repeat. The staff here is distinguished and has excellence in dealing with guests. Thank you for managing this distinguished hotel
