EVI APARTMENTS via we rent

Our apartment with a balcony and a small kitchen and well-divided rooms was very functional and comfortable. The sauna in the basement provided a feeling of wellbeing. The apartment house is a bit outside, but everything can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Parking space available. Good communication. Very clean.

The apartments are clean, but the prices are very expensive. I recommend housing outside Kaprun and Zell am See. Half of the value is divided and the same cleanliness distinguishes the location.

A disappointing and bad experience, and I don't know about the situation of people who rated them with more than one star. They may not have good experiences in hotels or apartments, or they are the first time they travel! It is not recommended to live there for several reasons: 1- The procedures for receiving the apartment are very complicated, because you will not receive the apartment as soon as you arrive to it, but you must go to a real estate rental office located in the center of Zell am See, and then a link is sent to you and you register your information and those accompanying yourself on the site with passport numbers, names and …..etc after that You pay a security amount of 400 €, and it must be in the visa, and cash will not be accepted. I handed over the apartment and the amount did not return to my account after a week. When I noticed all that, I asked to pay the first day of the cost of the first day of residence and cancel the rest of the days due to what I found, but the employee refused that and I am obligated to pay the full amount of the reservation! 2- There is no elevator or someone to help you carry bags 3- It was a surprise that the rooms were small in size, the bed was not enough for two people, and the pictures did not show the true size. 4- The apartment on the third floor was noisy because the ceiling was very close and you hit your head a lot 5- There is a football field in front of the apartments, which causes a disturbance even at night. 6- The cleanliness is bad. We found the bed linen and the mattress were dirty and had hair, and they had not been washed. 7- Unfortunately, the evaluation on the Air bnb website does not show the real and negative evaluations. It only announces the positive for an interest between the site and the owners of the apartments, and this is a negative point for the site and there is no transparency like Booking, so my evaluation of this apartment did not appear except here. Advice that rented will feel remorse.
