The apartment is clean and the location is lovely and the cooking tools are all present, not responsible but speak good English. A problem in the water cycle has not been resolved and there has been no response to the ongoing follow-up

In der Theorie sollte das ein tolles Hotel für ca. 100€ pro Nacht sein. Beim Check-In wurde uns jedoch eine Rechnung für die Endreinigung in Höhe von 76€ gestellt. Von dieser fraglichen Endreinigung haben wir nichts gewusst, da diese nirgendswo stand und auch der Vermieter bei der Buchung nichts erwähnte. Mal abgesehen davon, dass man 76€ für die Reinigung eines !EINZELNEN! Zimmers zahlen musste, kam noch der komplett umstrukturierte und fehlerhafte Empfang dazu, bei welchem das Bett erst nach unserer Ankunft bezogen wurde, man für TOILETTENPAPIER und HANDTÜCHER und weitere eigentlich selbstverständliche Hygieneartikel betteln musste. Auch !SEIFE! oder Müllbeutel und auch Küchentücher mussten wir nochmal zusätzlich dazukaufen. WOW! Das ist ein Service!
Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich nur sagen NIE WIEDER.
ATTENTION, HIDDEN ADDITIONAL COSTS!
In theory this should be a great hotel for around € 100 per night. At check-in, however, we were billed for the final cleaning in the amount of € 76. We didn't know anything about this questionable final cleaning, as it wasn't anywhere and the landlord didn't mention anything when booking. Apart from the fact that you pay € 76 for cleaning one! SINGLE! Room had to pay, there was also the completely restructured and faulty reception, in which the bed was only made after our arrival, you had to beg for TOILET PAPER and TOWELS and other hygiene items that were taken for granted. Also! SOAP! or rubbish bags and kitchen towels we had to buy in addition. WOW! This is a service!
All in all, I can only say NEVER AGAIN.
