★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free breakfast was amazing! Good selection of cereals, toast, spreads, fruit, cheese and cold meat, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, hot drinks. Climbing centre on site and a big common area. Room was clean and really nice. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! We had a big room with comfortable bed and fresh bathroom. Also a terrace that we unfortunately not had time to use. The staff was very nice and welcoming to us. The price is what you can expect in a larger city but this hotel has breakfast included - and it was top-class. 15 minutes walk in to the city centre. Parking costs 8,5 € per day but you can find a cheaper in the streets if you're only staying one night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for young people and families. We had one of the large family rooms, and for the first time everyone of us had a proper bed and enough space. The kids even had their own room that was connected through a door with ours. The interior is in good shape, tasteful and appropriate for kids. Only thing I missed was a decent coffee in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pleasant hotel for couples and families as well. The room was very clean and spacious but there was no fridge and we surely missed it. The breakfast didn't have many options but everything was tasty.
It has the most amazing climbing wall I have ever seen!

1. Good staffs; clean rooms; great breakfast.
2. Not exactly at the heart of the city. Either walk or take public transit.
3. Air conditioning was great, especially during a sunny day.
4. No kettle or coffee machines in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall okay hotel with no thrills, but good price for Graz. The location is okay with about 20 minutes to walk to the old town.
Only main negative is that the room needs some freshening up, especially with new paint given many scratches on the walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy, clean place with very friendly staff, they also have a nice garden with sun chairs. We were even allowed into our room earlier than the default check-in time as we were due to a wedding early afternoon. Special thanks for the latter, we'll be back. :)
