Tolle Auswahl in schönen Farben dort, ich habe eine grosse Freude damit. Hab sogar noch einen kleinen Pulli in Grösse 72 für meinen kleinen Neffen als Mitbringsel bekommen. OVP 69,95€) für knapp 42€ gekauft hatte und einen Tag getragen hatte, war ein Reißverschluss derart verhakt, dass ich an den Inhalt der Hosentasche nicht mehr herankam. Also hin zum Verkäufer. Ich ließ die Hose da, um ihnen Zeit zur Reparatur zu geben. Als ich die Hose abholen wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich anscheinend den Reißverschluss zu hoch gezogen hätte und sie nichts tun können. Wie? Zu hoch gezogen? Ein Reißverschluss muss doch hochgezogen werden. Auf Hinweis auf einen möglichen Materialfehler und der Möglichkeit zur Reklamation beim Hersteller sagte man mir, dass ich der erste war, der dies reklamierte. Kann sein, immer gibt es ein erstes Mal. Um es kurz zu machen: man riet mir, die Hose zum Schneider zu bringen und dort reparieren zu lassen (natürlich auf meine Kosten). Ach so: für eine andere Hose hätte ich 50% erhalten können, also noch mehr Geld in das Geschäft stecken und keinen Service erwarten, nicht mit mir! Vielleicht bin ich auch nur an einen schlechten Verkäufer geraten, aber so geht das nicht. Man hat schließlich einen Anspruch auf Garantie bzw. Gewährleistung (PS: alle anderen Reißverschlüsse funktionieren tadellos, auch wenn man sie bis zum Ende zieht). Sales yes, service no! After I bought short sports pants (formerly OVP € 69.95) for just under € 42 and had worn them for a day, a zipper got caught in such a way that I couldn't get to the contents of the pants pocket. So to the seller. I left the pants to give them time to repair. When I went to pick up the pants, I was told that apparently I had pulled the zipper up too high and there was nothing they could do. How? Pulled too high? A zipper has to be pulled up. When there was a hint of a possible material defect and the possibility of complaining to the manufacturer, I was told that I was the first to make a complaint. Maybe there is always a first time. To cut a long story short: I was advised to take the trousers to the tailor and have them repaired there (at my expense, of course). Oh yes: I could have received 50% for another pair of pants, so put even more money into the business and don't expect any service, not with me! Maybe I just ran into a bad seller, but it doesn't work that way. After all, you have a right to a guarantee or warranty (PS: all other zippers work perfectly, even if you pull them to the end).

Unaufdringlich und sehr kompetent erfolgte die Beratung hinsichtlich Leihrädern. Gemäß unserer Wünsche empfahl man uns E-Mountainbikes, die wir am Leihtag pünktlich in Empfang nahmen. Kurze Einweisung mit ein paar Tipps und los ging es. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn... der Tag war ein voller Erfolg.... und dies auch dank kompetenter Beratung. The business was recommended to us by our Pension Eder and now we know why. We received a very friendly and personable welcome in the shop. The advice on rental bikes was unobtrusive and very competent. In accordance with our wishes, we were recommended e-mountain bikes, which we received on time on the rental day. Brief instruction with a few tips and off we went. Long story short ... the day was a complete success ... and thanks to competent advice. The bikes were great, the service without exception great.
