Schnell und einfach den gebrochenen Schlüssel ersetzt bekommen. Noch am selben Tag. Und der Preis war auch unschlagbar!

Einfach klasse! In 10min nach dem Anruf war er schon da und ein paar Minuten ist das Problem gelöst. Noch dazu der Preis war viel günstig und seriös. Gibts nirgendwo zu beschweren!!

Innerhalb von 15min war der nette Herr bei uns zuhause und konnte uns mit unserem Problem helfen. Obwohl es Mitternacht war. Ich war mit seinem Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr positiv überrascht. Werde es weiterempfehlen.

The person that came to my appartment to help me open the door, because i mistakenly locked myself out, guaranteed he would not damage my lock. Needless to say the lock is damaged and the locksmith denies that this is his fault even though it is an appartment that i moved in 2 days before the incident and i know the door functioned properly before he opened it. After he opened the door i asked him about this job (out of pure interest of what kind of studies would be necessary to get a diploma and work in this domain) He quickly became anxious and nervous and shouted at me to leave him alone. Given the situation that it took him 1 minute to unlock my door and he was showing signs of a rather unstable nature i wanted him to identify himself and tell me which company he works for and asked for a receipt for the services, he refused to identify himself, refused to give me a receipt and refused to tell me which company he works for, and given the fact that the person that could open my door in a blink of an eye refused to give me any information about himself, his business or proof that i paid for him to unlock my door (i got the number from a friend and just looked up the company now) i was very anxious that his intentions might be missleading. I called the next day telling him that the door cant be opened with the key from the outside (i was lucky there was someone on the inside to help me open the door) and he denied that he had anything to do with the damage done to my lock and told me not to call him again. I find this companies services EXTREMELY unprofessional and i plan on contacting the owner of the company to see if he finds this kind of behaviour normal, if this is the standard of this companies services then i plan on taking legal action against this company because this kind of false advertising and unwillingness to take responsability for their mistakes is just unacceptable. If you find yourself in this situation i would sugest u use ANY other company other than this incompetent thieving ill intended service that breaks your lock, doesnt give you a receipt, refuses to identify their business and then refuses to take responsability for the damage they have done and ignore your calls afterwards. i would give a -10 star rating if i could. He even had the nerve to offer me overpriced lock changing services after he was the one that broke the lock. And i am repeating myself, i had just gotten the keys to the flat 2 days before, it was fully functional, the company i rented the flat from can vouch for this. It is practically impossinle to break a lock 2 days after you moved into a place. Him not taking responsability for his mistake is ABSURD.

Don't recomend! If you don't speak German you will just be overcharged. They charged me almost 50€ for two simple and not modern keys.

Everything was perfect. Excellent and very professional service. I recommend it
