M	Melanie Paula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung! Unmögliche Preise und unkompetent! Es werden Fahrzeug-Pauschalen verrechnet und 0,5h für die Anfahrt, obwohl das Büro um die Ecke ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich, haben das Wasser auslaufen lassen (ohne nach einem Kübel, Handtüchern oÄ zu fragen --> Wand war komplett nass) und konnten keinen Stundenpreis sagen. Im Büro erklärte man mir, dass dies normal sei, da sie nichts damit zu tun haben. Schön und gut, lasse ich mir einreden, trotzdem ist das kein Service und nur dubios! Hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient. Caution! Impossible prices and incompetent! There are flat-rate vehicle charges and 0.5 hours for the journey, even though the office is around the corner. Für den Austausch eines Wasserhahns (Dauer 5 Min) hat man mir 160€ in Rechnung gestellt. Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum die Damen am Telefon meinte, mir keinen Preis vorab nennen zu können. Hätte ich gewusst, was mich erwartet, hätte ich eine andere Firma beauftragt. Zudem schlechte Qualität der Arbeit, Wasserhahn tropft. Unglaublich, absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder Jakubek.
