Wollte für Dunsthaube eine filter gewechselt habe..
Für die Besichtigung habens mir schnell einen Mitarbeiter vorbeigeschickt ( War ja fast ums eck).
Der Mitarbeiter hat das angeschaut und gemeint morgen bekommens den Kostenvoranschlag.
Nix da 2Tage totenstille, da hab ich halt angerufen der Hr. Kostovic hat mir dann den ca-preis gesagt.
Für eine detailierte Kostenvoranschlag schickt er bzw das Büro mir sofort per fax zu.
Fehlanzeige nix! weitere Anrufe nur der Sprachbox...(KA wozu der a handy hat)
Letztendlich hab ichs aufgegeben und mir zwar weiter weg aber eine kompetentere Firma gefunden.
The company is really a disaster.
I wanted to change a filter for the extractor hood.
An employee quickly sent me over for the inspection (was almost around the corner).
The employee looked at it and said he would get the cost estimate tomorrow.
Nothing there for 2 days of dead silence, then I called Mr. Kostovic then told me the ca price.
He or the office will send me a fax immediately for a detailed estimate.
Nothing! further calls only to the voicemail box ...
In the end I gave up and found a more competent company further away.
