F	Franz Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mitarbeiter ohne fachliche qualifikation. langsam und teuer. es wird jeweils ein team gesendet das kostenintensiv ist. diese tratschen mehr als zu arbeiten. vor 1,5 jahren kauften wir eine abwascharmatur. diese bekam nach 18 monaten einen riss. statt dies in form einer produkthaftung abzuwickeln mußten wir eine neue kaufen. wieder ein no-name produkt aus dem tiefsten osten.für diesen wechsel benötigten 2 mitarbeiter eine ganze stunde ! es waren lediglich 2 stück 3/8 zoll holländer zu öffnen und eine kontramutter unter der arbeitsplatze zu entfernen. diese bei der neuen garnitur wieder anzuschrauben. für 1 mann normal eine arbeit von 10-15 minuten. noch des schadens nicht genug. nach 3 tagen deren arbeit war unser syphon undicht. die arbeiter hatten hier gepfuscht und etwas gelockert. vorher war ja alles dicht. jetzt wurde uns eingeredet das kunststoffmaterial sei porös und gehört ausgewechselt. die kosten für all diesen pfusch beliefen sich auf rund 720,€ !!!!! NIE WIEDER MARVAN Kann man da nur weitersagen. employees without professional qualifications. slow and expensive. a team is sent each time, which is expensive. they gossip more than work. 1.5 years ago we bought a sink faucet. this got a crack after 18 months. instead of handling this in the form of product liability, we had to buy a new one. again a no-name product from the far east. 2 employees needed a whole hour for this change! only 2 pieces of 3/8 inch Dutch had to be opened and a counter nut to be removed under the workstation. screw this back on to the new set. for 1 man normally a work of 10-15 minutes. not enough of the damage. after 3 days of their work our siphon was leaking. the workers had screwed up here and relaxed a bit. before everything was tight. now we were persuaded that the plastic material was porous and should be replaced. the costs for all this botch amounted to around 720, € !!!!! NEVER AGAIN MARVAN Can only be passed on.

Egal, ob die Ableitung in der Küche verstopft ist, der Wasserhahn im Garten kaputt ist und eine Überschwemmung verursacht - wirklich egal bei welchem Problem gibt es SCHNELLE und PROFESSIONELLE Abhilfe! Und was ich besonders schätze: wenn sie nicht helfen konnten(LÖsung einer Verstopfung im Abwasserkanal, wurde ein anderes Unternehmen empfohlen und sogar der Termin mit dem anderen Unternehmen ausgemacht. Und obwohl es sicherlichm manchmal stressig ist, Herr Hansl ist immer guter Laune! Danke! I would like to sincerely thank the Marvan TAM team for the excellent service we have received for years! No matter if the drain in the kitchen is clogged, the faucet in the garden is broken and causes a flood - really no matter what problem there is FAST and PROFESSIONAL remedy! And what I especially appreciate: if they could not help (solving a blockage in the sewer, another company was recommended and even made the appointment with the other company.) And although it is certainly sometimes stressful, Mr Hansl is always in a good mood!

Termine werden eingehalten, schnelle Reaktion bei Notfällen, preislich für Wiener Verhältnisse sehr moderat und absolut fair. Ich war aufgrund der etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Geschäftsräume zuerst etwas skeptisch muss ich zugeben, aber was für den Kunden wirklich zählt, ist der Preis und die Leistung. Beides passt bei Marvan TAM zu 100 Prozent. Und die Räumlichkeiten werden vielleicht auch bald erneuert. :) Highly recommended. Top team, always friendly, competent, think along and are solution-oriented. Dates are adhered to, quick response in case of emergencies, priced by Viennese standards very moderate and absolutely fair. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the somewhat dated business premises, but what really matters to the customer is the price and the performance. Both fits perfectly with Marvan TAM. And the premises may also be renewed soon. :)

Es war jeweils nur ein paar Minuten Arbeit, und die Firma befindet sich quasi um die Ecke von meiner Wohnung. Ich bekam eine Horrorrechnung von 500 Euro. Den Löwenanteil machte eine sogenannte Fahrzeugpauschale aus. Dazu wurde mir erklärt, dass diese in dem Moment fällig wird, wo der Zündschlüssel des Firmenwagens umgedreht wird. Das hat nichts mit der Wegzeit zu tun - die wurde extra berechnet. Dazu kam eine Werkzeugpauschale von 38 Euro. Es wurde aber kein Werkzeug verwendet, weil lediglich zwei Schrauben zu öffnen waren, wofür ich einen Schraubenenzieher bereitgelegt hatte. Was für mich unverständlich ist: Sowohl Auto als auch Werkzeug werden schon bei der Anschaffung beim Finanzamt geltend gemacht. Wieso kann man das beim Kunden nochmals in Rechnung stellen? Da wird doppelt kassiert. Ich habe den Fall der Wirtschaftskammer gemeldet und dem Konsumentenschutz übergeben. I had a problem with my gas boiler. The company had to come twice. Die etwas erhöhten Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Installateuren haben wir in Kauf genommen, da Ihre Firma gleich ums Eck ist und wir ja auch lokale Betriebe unterstützen möchten. Heuer wurden bei der jährlichen Kehrung erhöhte CO Werte gemessen und wir entschieden uns, die Thermenwartung ausnahmsweise von einer anderen Firma durchführen zu lassen. So. Gut, dass wir das gemacht haben, denn es stellte sich heraus, dass in den vergangenen Jahren die Therme weder gereinigt, noch irgendwelche Verschleißteile ausgetauscht wurden. Schön, dass man für sein Geld genau nichts bekommt. Die 1000-1500 Euro der letzten Jahre hätten wir genauso gut aus dem Fenster werfen können. Ich werde sicherlich allen Menschen raten die Thermenwartung niemals von Ihrer Firma durchführen zu lassen, da es nicht nur eine Geldverschwendung ist, sondern auch durchaus gefährliche Konsequenzen haben kann. This year, increased CO values were measured at the annual turnaround and we decided, as an exception, to have the thermal bath maintenance carried out by another company. So. It's good that we did that, because it turned out that in the past few years the thermal baths had neither been cleaned nor any wear parts replaced. It's nice that you don't get anything for your money. We could just as easily have thrown the 1000-1500 euros of the last few years out the window. I will certainly advise everyone to never have your company carry out the maintenance of the thermal baths, as it is not only a waste of money, but can also have dangerous consequences.
