innerhalb einer halben Stunde und reparierte das Problem ohne Wochenendtarif. Installateur (Hr. Ömer) war sehr freundlich und talentiert. Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen - mit Glück erwischen Sie auch Hr. Ömer.
On Friday afternoon the hot water hose was leaking. Installer came
within half an hour and fixed the problem with no weekend tariff. Installer (Mr. Ömer) was very friendly and talented. I can gladly recommend - with luck you will catch Mr. Ömer.

Mir wurde am Telefon super freundlich und schnell erklärt, woran das liegt und wie das Problem behoben werden kann. Alles funktionierte anschließend wieder einwandfrei. Selten solch einen tollen KundInnendienst erlebt.
I had an emergency with the thermal bath on Friday evening because it had failed. On the phone, I was told very quickly and in a very friendly manner what the reason for this is and how the problem can be resolved. Everything then worked perfectly again. Seldom experienced such a great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Nacht ist die Therme ausgefallen. Am nächsten Tag in der Früh ein Anruf bei SEMA. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung am Telefon. Den Termin haben wir 3 Stunden später. Die beiden Mitarbeiter sind pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Sie machen sich gleich an die Arbeit. Ein komplettes Thermen-Service. Und welches Glück. Kein weiteres Problem. Die Therme läuft wieder und wir haben es warm. Vielen Dank. Sehr empfehlenswert, machen sie bitte weiter so ?
The thermal bath failed during the night. A call to SEMA in the morning the next day. Very friendly and competent advice on the phone. We have the appointment 3 hours later. The two employees are punctual and very friendly. You'll get to work right away. A complete spa service. And what luck. No more problem. The thermal bath is running again and we are warm. Thanks very much. Highly recommended, please keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT - We called SEMA late at night on a Saturday, they responded immediately and competently guided us through a quick remote diagnosis per What's App to temporarily fix the problem and get back to it after the weekend in order to save extra hour added fees which we find extremely customer-friendly. The SEMA colleague would no doubt have come if it would have been necessary to immediately fix the problem. The service was competent and friendly, we strongly recommend it - thank you and all the best for the SEMA team!
