★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplett unprofessionell Dame am Telefon hebt ab ohne sich vorzustellen und auf eine normale Frage ob mein Paket dort sei wurde die Dame gleich mal lauter das es wohl nicht ihr Job sei mein Paket zu suchen. Komisch dachte es sei eine Serviceleistung von Ihnen? Auf die bitte den Chef zu sprechen wurde die Dame nochmals lauter und unhöflicher. Glaube sowas muss nicht sein man kann einen normalen Tonfall wählen und sagen wenn man keine Zeit hat oder sonstiges. Wirklich unprofessionell in jeglicher Hinsicht!
Completely unprofessional lady on the phone answers without introducing herself and on a normal question whether my package was there, the lady immediately got louder that it was probably not her job to look for my package. Strange thought it was a service from you? When asked to speak to the boss, the lady became louder and more impolite. Believe something like that you can choose a normal tone of voice and say if you don't have time or something else. Really unprofessional in every way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer unangenehmen Erfahrung mit UPS habe ich extra in der Filiale angerufen, um zu erfahren, ob sie mein Paket haben.
Ich habe eine vermutlich arrogante Antwort erhalten, die besagt, dass mein Paket da ist, wenn die Adresse im Online-Status steht.
Nach dem Telefonat bin ich in die Filiale gegangen, um mein Paket abzuholen, das zufällig nicht da war. Ich habe ihnen dort gezeigt, dass ihre Adresse bei meiner Paketnummer gestanden ist. Dennoch haben sie von UPS das Paket woanders abgegeben.
Ich denke, dass der eine Stern eine Lehre ist. So lästig die Frage auch ist, es gibt Zeiten, in denen man überprüfen sollte, ob das Paket da ist, wenn man danach gefragt wird. Ein paar Knopfdrücke hätten uns eine unnötige Fahrt erspart.
After an unpleasant experience with UPS, I made a special call to the branch to see if they had my package.
I got a probably arrogant reply saying my package is there if the address is in online status.
After the phone call, I went to the branch to pick up my package, which happened to not be there. I showed them there that their address was with my parcel number. Nevertheless, UPS delivered the package somewhere else.
I think that one star is a lesson. As annoying as the question is, there are times when you should double check that the package is there when asked. A few button presses would have saved us an unnecessary trip.
