★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche und arrogante Arzthelfer*innen. Nachdem mir 2x (einmal telefonisch und einmal direkt vor Ort bei meinem Termin) gesagt wurde, dass meine Behandlung 90€ kosten wird, und es am Schluss doch 125€ waren, wollte ich mich erkundigen, woher der höhere Betrag kam. Habe daraufhin nur arrogante und unfreundliche Bemerkungen bekommen von 2 Arzthelfer*innen
Die behandelnde Ärztin hingegen war jedoch sehr nett.
 Rude and arrogant medical assistants. After I was told twice (once by phone and once at my appointment) that my treatment would cost €90, and in the end it was €125, I wanted to find out where the higher amount came from. Then I only got arrogant and unfriendly comments from 2 medical assistants
However, the doctor treating me was very nice.

I’m now at 31 weeks pregnant and I have a threat of premature birth, the uterus is in good shape and because of this, the cervix is short. These two doctors are now doing everything so that I can be calm and confident that I have been going through at least another 8 weeks. Measures are being taken quickly, and most importantly, effectively. This is a team of real professionals! Always preferred male doctors, they inspire me with calm and confidence. Thank you for your work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Clinic. Everyone form the reception staff, to the nurses, Drs and anaesthetists are competent, friendly and compassionate. They handled my situation with absolute kindness, which made the whole situation more bearable. I thoroughly recommend this Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have never experiences such a horrible service in my life. the medical staff working there are butchers. not to mention that they have no human face. this place should be shut down for malpractice. just avoid especially when you are pregnant. i cant describe my pain.

I had an extremely positive medical experience thanks to Dr. Seidel and Dr. Hudelist. They are both very knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. I'm very grateful for having such exceptional doctors taking care of me. I can highly recommend them!
