We pre-ordered our skis/snowboards online in the shop. The selection and quality were very convincing. Changing within the rental period was also possible without any problems.

Had issues online but worked it out once I got there and still got the online price as I was able to show them on my phone that wasn't able to make the booking. We had an issue with one of the snowboards which they changed without any fuss. I can't recommend this shop enough for doing everything possible to ensure we had a great time, thank you so much.!!!!

I had an issue with one of my ski boots and went back to the shop. They immediately gave me a new pair of boots so I could get back to enjoying the snow. The ski's themselves were very good as well!
