Ich kann die Skischule Lechner sehr weiterempfehlen. Ich habe ein Training für 2 Stunden gebucht, um nach jahrelanger Pause wieder in die Techniken des Skifahrens zu finden. Christian hat mit mir ein sehr hilfreiches Training absolviert und mir wertvolle Tipps gebeben. Über die erwartete Leistung hinaus, gab es auch tolle Tipps rundum die Region und das Skigebiet. Vielen Dank! :-)
I can highly recommend the Lechner Ski School. I booked a training session for 2 hours in order to find my way back into the techniques of skiing after a break for years. Christian completed a very helpful training session with me and gave me valuable tips. In addition to the expected performance, there were also great tips about the region and the ski area. Thanks very much! :-)

Nie polecam tej szkoły - korzystaliśmy po raz drugi i o ile za pierwszym razem było ok, to w tym roku porażka. Wykupiliśmy lekcję dla syna na 5 dni 4h dziennie od poniedziałku do piątku za 213€. W pierwszy dzień z powodu silnego wiatru wyciągi były zamknięte i zajęcia się nie odbyły, zaproponowano nam w zamian dodatkowy dzień lekcji, niestety nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej, nie zaproponowano nic w zamian, żadnego rabatu, vouchera itp. Jak się później okazało i tak nie byłoby to możliwe, bo nie było odpowiedniej grupy. Jestem w stanie zrozumieć, że nikt nie ma wpływu na warunki atmosferyczne, ale nie jest to postawa pro kliencka. Natomiast to co wydarzyło się później, to już kpina z klienta, syn był zapisany na zajęcia grupowe od poniedziałku do piątku, w czwartek oświadczono nam, że w następny dzień zajęcia się nie odbędą i że syn ma już nie przychodzić, bo nie ma dla niego grupy. Szef szkoły stwierdził, że to normalne, wszyscy to rozumieją tylko nie my, przecież jest covid. Nie wiem co ma covid do brania od ludzi pieniędzy i nie realizowania usługi. Po dłuższej rozmowie niechętnie oddał niecałe 10% ceny kursu i stwierdził żebyśmy nigdy do niego nie wracali!!!! Reasumując, szefostwo aroganckie, sprzedają usługę, która nie wiadomo czy będzie zrealizowana, bo z dnia na dzień stwierdzą że nie ma odpowiedniej grupy, a na dodatek usłyszysz żeby więcej tu nie wracać. Mogę zrozumieć wiele rzeczy, ale w głowie mi się nie mieści, że ktoś może powiedzieć do klienta - „nie wracaj do mnie nigdy”! Z wykupionych 5 dni w szkółce syn jeździł 3 dni. Na plus instruktor, który uratował honor szkoły. Syn był zadowolony z jego kompetencji i metod nauczania, wracał z lekcji zmęczony ale szczęśliwy, widać było że robi postępy.
I do not recommend this school - we used it for the second time and if the first time was ok, this year it was a failure. We bought a lesson for our son for 5 days 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday for 213 €. What happened next, however, was a mockery of the client, the son was enrolled in group classes from Monday to Friday, on Thursday we were told that the next day would not take place and that the son was not to come anymore because there was no room for him. groups. The head of the school said that it is normal, everyone understands it, but not us, it is covid. I don't know what covid has to do with taking money from people and not delivering a service. After a long conversation, he reluctantly gave back less than 10% of the course price and said that we should never return to it !!!! To sum up, arrogant bosses, they sell a service that it is not known whether it will be implemented, because overnight they will find that there is no appropriate group, and in addition you will hear that you do not come back here anymore. I can understand a lot of things, but I can't believe that someone might say to a client - "never come back to me"! My son traveled 3 days out of 5 days in the nursery. On the plus side, the instructor who saved the school's honor. The son was satisfied with his competences and teaching methods, he came back from lessons tired but happy, it was obvious that he was making progress.

Wir können nur eine Top Bewertung abgeben. Wir waren zwar nicht in der Skischule Kunde aber aufgrund eines Unfalls hat uns Christian sehr weitergeholfen. Er war von Anfang bis Ende am Unfall Ort. Ohne ihn wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Er stand uns bei Seite und hat den Rettungsdienst alarmiert. Wir waren alle ein nervliches Wrack aber dank Christian haben wir schnelle Hilfe bekommen. Auch nachdem Unfall standen wir mit ihm in Kontakt und er hat sich erkundigt wie es den Unfallopfer geht. Nochmal hier ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an die Skischule und den nettesten Skilehrer Christian.
We can only give a top rating. Although we were not customers of the ski school, Christian helped us a lot after an accident. He was at the scene of the accident from start to finish. Without him we would have been lost. He stood by our side and alerted the emergency services. We were all nervous wrecks but thanks to Christian we got help quickly. Even after the accident, we were in contact with him and he asked how the accident victim was doing. Once again a big thank you to the ski school and the nicest ski instructor Christian.

Wir haben einen Skitag mit Christian verbracht und möchten noch mal ein großes Danke übermitteln. Mit wenigen Worten hat Christian es geschafft, dass wir richtig viel an Sicherheit, Können und neuer Technik mitnehmen konnten. Außerdem hat er uns nicht nur das Skifahren näher gebracht, sondern auch die Landschaft, die gute Laune, des gesamten Teams und den unendlichen Spaß. Um es mit Christians Worten zu sagen: Es war richtig nice! Ein Danke auch an die Skischule Lechner, alles war super unkompliziert zu buchen, der Empfang war herzlich und professionell. Wir sind beim nächsten Mal wieder dabei.
We spent a day skiing with Christian and would like to say a big thank you again. In just a few words, Christian managed to take a lot of safety, skill and new technology with us. In addition, he not only brought us closer to skiing, but also the landscape, the good mood, the entire team and the endless fun. To put it in Christian's words: It was really nice! Der Skiverleih verlief reibungslos. Auch das man die Ausrüstung ganz unkompliziert für paar Tage verlängern konnte ist sehr hoch anzurechnen. Wir fahren totale Anfänger was Skifahren angeht, aber unser Skilehrer Johann hat alles gegeben und hat es uns sehr gut beigebracht, so das man sich sicher auf den Skiern fühlt. Ich werde immer einen auffrischen Kurs nehmen wenn wir mal wieder bei euch in der Ecke sind. ?⛷
The ski rental went smoothly. The fact that you could easily extend the equipment for a few days is to be credited very highly. We are total beginners when it comes to skiing, but our ski instructor Johann gave everything and taught us very well so that you feel safe on your skis. I will always take a refresher course when we are with you again in the corner. ?⛷

Skischule Lechner pretty good guides Marcel and Christian did a great job. Christian even supported us with the equipment. Despite booking the highest class equipment we got much worse stuff. I even checked if it was really what we booked and they simply lied. Additionally, when asking if a lost scarf was found they told me that I should be happy it was not a wallet.

The worst experience with a ski school. There were issues at so many levels - (1) we booked a 2 days private class far in advance and on reaching there, they had no record of it! We showed them our booking confirmation and they handed us the first instructor who was standing there without considering if it was a beginner/ advance class. (2) the instructor was a first-timer and had only started teaching 3 days ago, we didn’t mind it and tried to go along. Even when we told her we had learnt skiing before, she did not teach us anything new and just repeated the basis a we knew. We learnt nothing but thought that she would progress with us the next day. (3) we requested the school owner for the same instructor next day which they assured us we will get. We reached before time next day and saw the same instructor. We waited for her to come and teach us when our class was to start however 10 minutes later no one turned up. We went to the office wearing our ski gear to check and the staff told us after looking for her for 10 minutes that she was on sick leave! (4) we got a new instructor who was also a first time young boy, while he was very friendly, he did not know how to teach. We told him we only knew basics but he insisted on taking us down a steep slope. While we said we aren’t ready he said we’d be fine without noting our level and took us anyway. Extremely poor judgement! As I got stuck mid way and he decided to leave me there and asked me to ‘walk back up the ski slope in my boots!’. As it was impossible to do so I waited there to be rescued by a snow mobile! (5) my husband went down trying to ski with him, while he just skied down in front and asked him to follow without looking back! He did not teach him how to stop or any skills to come down, due to which this was the worst part of the lesson, almost falling down the slope twice and missing the ski lift back up! The instructor did not care and said we shouldn’t have done this. By then our lesson was over and we were exhausted and frustrated of the poor quality of teaching, poor management and pushing us down a slope wasting an entire class while risking our lives potentially. Please avoid this if you’re a beginner! There is no support.

I had 2 private hours for snowboarding booked in the first day and 4h in the second day. After these days, I can only thank Dani & Jordy for their attention, help and expertise. 100% would recommend. Later update: the first day after the private classes, I was able to ride both the T-bar & button lifts + also the chairlift. Not to mention I went down a red slope in Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach. Conclusion, there was lots of progress.
