Top advice when shopping for clothes, the sales staff Kastner & Öhler (Ms.Kropf) take time for the customer. And the Gigasport sales staff were very courteous, friendly and great advice. One rating for two great stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bekommt man als Familie keine Beratung, ein mürrisches "guten Tag" ist da schon das höchste der Gefühle! Erst nachdem man alles ausgesucht, anprobiert hat und am weg zur Kasse ist, taucht plötzlich jemand auf und will wohl die Verkaufsberatung auf sich buchen - wohl wegen seiner Verkaufsstatistik. Auch das sortiment ist nicht übermäßig. Schade, war früher mal ein tolles Geschäft.
Unfortunately you don't get any advice as a family, a sullen "good day" is the highest of feelings! Only after you've chosen everything, tried it on and you're on your way to the checkout, someone suddenly shows up and probably wants to book the sales advice service - probably because of their sales statistics. The range is not excessive either. It's a shame, it used to be a great deal.
