★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich noch etwas "stärker" war wurde ich immer mit krummen Blicken angeschaut und auch nicht freundlich Bedient.
Nach 1½ Jahren wiederbesuch, wonach ich nun auch dünner & trainierter bin, war alles recht okay.
Sehr oberflächlich
When I was a little "stronger" I was always looked at with crooked looks and not served friendly.
After a 1½ year visit, after which I am now thinner and more trained, everything was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Beratung, Mitarbeiter kennen ihre Produkte nicht, Lieferzeit erhöht sich auf Wochen das die Mitarbeiter verschweigen und schön reden um Kunden hinzuhalten.
Stümperhaftes arbeiten würde für die Kompetenz der Firma auch null Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre, hab den letzten Gutschein vom Hervis verschenkt
Bad advice, employees do not know their products, delivery time increases to weeks that the employees keep quiet and talk nicely to hold customers back.
Bumpy work would also give the company competence zero stars if it were possible, I gave away the last voucher from Hervis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Auswahl an guten Produkten, das Personal könnte jedoch etwas Pro-aktiver in der Ansprache der Kunde sein. Beratung ist in einigen Bereiche verbesserungswürdig aber soweit ok.
Good selection of good products, but the staff could be a little more pro-active in addressing customers. Advice could be improved in some areas, but so far ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus. wenn ich nicht jemanden gesucht hätte der mir sagte wo die Tourenschischuhe platziert sind. würde ich heute noch im Geschäft stehen.
Customer friendliness looks different. if I hadn't looked for someone to tell me where to put the touring boots. I would still be in business today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mir gestern 26.02.2022 eine Alpinski Ausrüstung kaufen, leider hat mich niemand ernst genommen und auch nicht gegrüßt.Mitarbeiter waren damit beschäftigt selbst Skihelme an zu probieren und mir keine Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.
Habe dann bei einem anderen Sportgeschäft die Ausrüstung gekauft.
Wanted to buy me alpine ski equipment yesterday, February 26th, 2022, unfortunately nobody took me seriously and didn't greet me either. Employees were busy trying on ski helmets themselves and not paying any attention to me.
I then bought the equipment from another sports shop.
