★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erwarteten eine Lieferung von Baumaterial. Einen Tag zuvor wollte ich mich nach einem ungefähren Zeitfenster erkundigen.
"Das kann man jetzt noch nicht sagen".... ich fragte daraufhin ob sie für den Folgetag keine Tourenplanung machen .... - er wiederholte seine Aussage mit dem Zusatz "...das muss genügen" - derart inkompetent, überheblich und unangebracht wurde mir selten begegnet.
Lieferfenster von 8 bis 18 Uhr ist vage - darf man ja wohl noch nachfragen.
Kundenfreundlichkeit ein absolutes Fremdwort!

"You can't say that now" .... I then asked if they weren't planning a tour for the following day .... - he repeated his statement with the addition "... that must be enough" - so incompetent, arrogant and I was seldom encountered inappropriately.
Delivery window from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. is vague - you can still ask.
Customer friendliness is an absolute foreign word!
