Wurde auf Tiktok von einer Monique angeschrieben und hab mich dann für ihr Programm entschieden, als mein Paket angekommen ist wurde mir von den versprochenen €120,- auf einmal €213,- berechnet, hab sie darauf angeschrieben und wurde nur ignoriert und blockiert, somit stand ich da mit einem Paket das ich nicht um den Preis bestellt habe und musste es in der Filiale zurück bringen.
 Real bad service. Was written to on Tiktok by a Monique and then decided on her program, when my package arrived I was suddenly charged €213 of the promised €120, I wrote to her and was just ignored and blocked, so I stood there with a package that I didn't order for the price and had to bring it back to the branch.

Thanks so much! We have been using the products for almost 3 years now and are simply delighted! With children, household and self-employment it is sometimes not so easy! Since we have been taking the products, we have not only eliminated a number of construction sites in our lives, but also have a life full of energy and drive! The kids like it that mom has more nerves now! ? No matter if you call or shop directly on site, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! Just amazing what you do every day.
