Das ganze hat in den neuen Büroräumlichkeiten der RES stattgefunden. Die sind sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Man hat sich echt sehr wohlgefühlt! Wir stehen gerade vor großen Sanierungsarbeiten in unserem Haus und die Entscheidungsfindung ist schwierig, da hohe Kosten damit verbunden sind. Die Sanierungskonzepte, die bei der Versammlung von der Verwaltung präsentiert wurden, sind durchdacht und waren sehr gut aufbereitet. Auch ein Bautechniker der RES war anwesend, bei dieser Verwaltung kommt zum Glück mal alles aus einer Hand. Wir haben uns damals aufgrund einer Empfehlung für diese Verwaltung entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Eine klare Ausnahmeerscheinung im Hausverwaltungsdschungel und auch von mir eine klare Weiterempfehlung! We had a owners meeting a few days ago and I was amazed at the professional appearance of the RES team. All this took place in the new offices of the RES. They are very nice and attractively decorated. It was really very comfortable! We are currently facing major refurbishment work in our house and decision-making is difficult as it involves high costs. The redevelopment concepts presented by the administration at the meeting are well thought out and very well prepared. Also, a construction technician of the RES was present, fortunately everything comes from a single source with this administration. We decided on a recommendation for this administration and were not disappointed. A clear exception in the housekeeping jungle and also from me a clear recommendation!

Bei uns im Haus gab es viele schwere Mängel und rechtliche Probleme aber Dr. Pfoser und sein Team haben das geschafft, woran die Vorverwaltungen gescheitert sind, nämlich diese nachhaltig zu beheben und zu lösen. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent, freundlich und reagieren schnell auf Anfragen. Hier fühlt man sich nicht als Bittsteller! Kann diese Hausverwaltung uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen!! This property management has been looking after us for several years. In our house there were many serious shortcomings and legal problems but Dr. med. Pfoser and his team have done what the sub-administrations have failed to do, namely to fix and solve them sustainably. The employees are competent, friendly and respond quickly to inquiries. Here you do not feel like a supplicant! Can this property management unreservedly recommend to anyone !!

Auch die neue RES-Online App ist spitze und macht einem das Leben als Hausbewohner um ein Vielfaches einfacher. Deswegen klare 5 Sterne von mir. Very good service and competent staff. I have not been used to other property management so far. The new RES-Online App is great and makes life as a homeowner many times easier. That's why clear 5 stars from me.

Schön dass man sich hier auf alle gemachten Zusagen verlassen kann. Auch der Keller- und Außenbereich erstrahlt nun in neuem Glanz und es ist kaum zu glauben, was man aus diesem Haus machen konnte. Meine Mieterin ist ebenfalls sehr zufrieden mit Ihnen und es ist einfach toll, das Sie die ganzen Probleme selbst managen und den Eigentümer wo es geht entlasten. The basement and outdoor area now shines in new splendor and it is hard to believe what you could do from this house. My tenant is also very happy with you and it's just great that you manage all the problems yourself and relieve the owner where it is needed. Every property management should be like you. Tolle Dienstleistung für den Kunden. Auch die neuen Büroräumlichkeiten sind sehr beeindruckend und ich habe mich bei meinem letzten Besuch sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Danke an Dr. Pfoser und an sein Team.
