Das Service ist perfekt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Die Frisur ist immer maßgeschneidert und „Frau“ verlässt das Geschäft mit einem strahlenden im Gesicht! Personal kennt sich nicht aus, man geht überhaupt nicht gut auf Kunden ein und versucht Zusatzleistungen ohne Nennung von Kosten aufzuschwatzen. Wenn die Mitarbeiter dann auch noch vor einem diskutieren wer jetzt welchen Kunden macht ist das neben deren persönlichen Meinungsäußerung zu bestimmten Looks schon höchst unprofessionell und unangenehm - man hat außerdem sehr stark das Gefühl, dass einem häufig von etwas aufwendigeren Wünschen abgeraten wird um Zeit zu sparen. Preis/Leistung passen hier überhaupt nicht zusammen. War wohl definitiv mein letzter Besuch! Unfortunately, disappointing. Personnel do not know their way around, they do not respond well to customers at all and try to talk about additional services without mentioning costs. If the employees also discuss who makes which customers now, in addition to expressing their personal opinions about certain looks, this is already highly unprofessional and unpleasant - you also have the strong feeling that often more elaborate wishes are advised against in order to save time . Hatte einen sehr netten und kompetenten Friseur namens Christian. It worked out very well with the appointment. I just wanted to wash and blow dry, was very satisfied. Das Ergebnis gefielt ihr überhaupt nicht. Meine Tochter hat sich nicht getraut dies zu sagen. Daher habe ich am nächsten Werktag (Montag) angerufen und einen Termin vereinbart, damit man das ausbessert. Heute kam meine Tochter hin und wurde wieder weggeschickt, weil Sie ja nicht gleich gesagt hat, das es ihr nicht gefällt. So geht man mit jungen Kundinnen um? Bezahlt haben wir 130 Euro, die Haare schauen fürchterlich aus. Schande über euch!! Das ist kein Kundenservice, uns seht ihr nie wieder!!! Fr. Monika, sollte ihre Lehrlinge besser kontrollieren anstatt ständig zu quatschen. Und meine Tochter ist jetzt ein unglücklicher Teenager mit einer schrecklichen Haarfarbe und ich um 130,- Euro ärmer. Direkt hat Herr Schaider angesprochen was nicht passend war. Er ist ein toller Friseur. Legt Wert darauf, dass die Lehrlinge gut ausgebildet werden. Denke umsonst gibt es nicht soviele Geschäfte. Had the honor of having my hairstyle personally finished by the head of the chain store. I was an exam hair model. Mr. Schaider addressed directly what was not appropriate. He's a great hairdresser. It is important that the apprentices are well trained. Think in vain there aren't so many businesses.

Heute, nach mehr als 5 Jahren, auf der Suche nach einem guten Friseur, bin ich über meinen Schatten gesprungen und einen neuerlichen Versuch gewagt. Ich wurde sehr angenehm überrascht, da es jetzt sehr viele männliche Friseuren gibt und sie verstehen ihren Handwerk wirklich ganz hervorragend! Bitte behaltet die Burschen! Sie sind eine Bereicherung! I avoided this place for years because I was treated very badly at the time.
