Telefonisch natürlich zu dem Zeitpunkt auch nicht erreichbar gewesen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nett, schnell, effizient. Ich kam als Akutpatient (ohne Termin) sehr schnell dran (keine 5 Minuten Wartezeit), und der Fremdkörper im Auge wurde auch rasch gefunden und entfernt, besser geht's nicht.
nice, fast, efficient. As an acute patient (without an appointment) I got there very quickly (less than 5 minutes waiting time), and the foreign body in the eye was found and removed quickly, it couldn't be better.

Visited personally: Receptionist, yawning, couldn't make an appointment to examine a cataract in less than two months.
Apparently not interested.
After that, nor was I interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good doctor. I woke up with a lot of pain in my eye and I didn’t have any appointment. I just called them and they told to come over. I went there and waited just a few minutes. It was just a simple irritation due to a small but stinging hair in my eye ball.
Dr. Simon did a quick but precise analysis and removed the little hair.
The clinic is inside the shopping mall. If you go into via the main entrance, take left and go upstairs. Keep going until you reach the end of the hall. The clinic will be on your left.
