Keiner sagte uns bei der Telefonischen Terminvereinbarung, dass wir 2,75 € in Bar mitnehmen sollen, für eine altmodische Zusendung per Post, wo wir nicht einmal eine Rechnung bekommen haben. Ich hoffe wir bekommen eine Rechnung mit den Befunden zugeschickt. Zur Pandemie-Zeiten haben wir uns angewöhnt nur noch mit Karte zu bezahlen. Meine Frau sagte, dass die Ordination nicht einmal ein Kredit-/Bankomatkarten Gerät hatte. Für uns war es eine sehr umständliche Situation, diese Summe zu begleichen. Zudem sollte man bei der Erinnerungs-SMS dazu schreiben, dass man sonstige Befunde mitnehmen soll. Meine Frau rief mich verzweifelt an und fragte nach dem Blutbefund. Nicht für jeden ist ein CT-Ablauf eine selbstverständliche Routine. Daher sollte man die Patienten besser informieren. Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich! Untersuchung war angenehm für den Schwiegerpapa! Wir warten auf das Ergebnis! ALLES GUTE für Ihr Unternehmen! LG. Harry W. My father-in-law was there with my wife! Komisch fand ich nur, dass man zuerst einen ganzen Zettel ausfüllen muss, in dem man sich bereit erklärt, dass alles elektronisch verarbeitet werden darf, dann aber für das Postporto zahlen muss, weil die Befunde mit der Post geschickt werden.
