Hatte doch sehr sehr viele Fragen da es um meine Erste eigene Waffe ging und der Chef hatte sich Persönlich mehr als eine Stunde Zeit genommen obwohl er noch nichtmal wusste ob ich wirklich kaufen werde. Kann es nur wirklich weiterempfehlen und traut euch ruhig zu Fragen! Absolutely top business starting from the advice to buying it really took a lot of effort and especially time. I had a lot of questions because it was my first own weapon and the boss had personally taken more than an hour although he didn't even know if I would really buy it. Can only really recommend it and feel free to ask questions!

ABER............., wenn man einmal etwas ausgefalleneres möchte dann hört man haben wir nicht, kriegen wir nicht, muss man schauen ........... Eine rechte Bereitschaft den Kunden zu bedienen oder sich zu bemühen bemerkt man, vergleichsweise mit Telefonanrufen und Anfragen bei Wiener Waffengeschäften nicht sooooooo. Die Firma ist außerdem nur Händler, einmal pro Woche kommt ein Büchsenmacher und besorgt die handwerklichen Dinge, und man muss wieder eine Woche auf die Erledigung warten. Irgendwie entsteht der Eindruck - Verkaufen, verkaufen, verkaufen, - das war alles. A decent business with a pretty good offer. The sellers are also pretty nice. BUT ............. if you want something more out of the ordinary then you hear we do not have it, we do not get it, you have to look ........... a right readiness To serve customers or to try to notice, comparatively with telephone calls and inquiries at Viennese arms shops not sooooooo. The company is also just a dealer, once a week comes a gunsmith and worries the craft things, and you have to wait another week for completion. Somehow the impression is created - selling, selling, selling - that was all.

Aber nach der heutigen Erfahrung sicherlich nie wieder. Rude older seller. I asked him about gun license renewal. Was snapped at.. Have been shopping there for years. But after today's experience, certainly never again.
