★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, ich bin wegen der jährlichen Wartung unzufrieden.
Der Gaszähler wurde von den Wiener Netzen im Wohnhaus ausgetauscht und im Zuge dessen wurden hier die Gas-Geräte in der Wohnung wieder eingeschaltet. Laut deren fachlichen Begutachtung wurden diese nur mangelhaft bzw. nicht ordentlich durchgeführt.
Und zufällig war noch ein anderer Installateur hier, der mir das nochmals bestätigt hat.
Bisherige Kosten 192€
Auf meine schriftliche Reklamation wurde erst gar nicht reagiert.
It's a shame, I'm dissatisfied with the annual maintenance.
The gas meter in the apartment building was replaced by Wiener Netzen and in the course of this the gas devices in the apartment were switched on again. According to their expert assessment, these were only poorly or not properly carried out.
And by chance there was another installer here who confirmed this to me again.
Previous costs 192 €
There was no reaction at all to my written complaint.
