M	Mara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch bei uns war die Abrechnung absolut nicht korrekt. Es wurden 1.5 Stunden Arbeitszeit berechnet obwohl die Mitarbeiter knappe 50 Minuten da waren. Vom Chef wurden wir darauf hingewiesen dass es sich um eine Stundenpauschale handelt (auf der Rechnung wird aber von einem Stundensatz gesprochen).Pauschalen sollten als diese auf der Rechnung vermerkt werden. Äpfel sind ja auch keine Birnen. Extra wurde auch noch eine Anfahrtspauschale verrechnet (wir wohnen ums Eck) . Es war kein sachliches Gespräch möglich, der Herr wurde sehr wütend und hat aufgelegt. Sehr unprofessionell. With us, the billing was absolutely incorrect. 1.5 hours of work were calculated even though the employees were there for almost 50 minutes. We were advised by the boss that this is an hourly flat rate (but the invoice speaks of an hourly rate). Flat rates should be noted as this on the invoice. Apples aren't pears either. There was also an extra travel fee (we live around the corner). No factual discussion was possible, the gentleman became very angry and hung up. Very unprofessional.

Mündlich ausgemacht waren 120 € für eine Thermenwartung - geworden sind daraus über 170 € und er besitzt die Frechheit sich eine Anfahrtspauschale von 20 € zu verrechnen, obwohl in der selben Straße und davon war auch keine Rede in der mündlichen Vereinbarung!! Unfortunately, I can not recommend, although the work in my opinion was reasonably well done, was the billing a joke! Orally agreed were 120 € for a Thermenwartung - have become over 170 € and he has the nerve to charge a travel allowance of 20 €, although in the same street and there was no speech in the verbal agreement !!
