Flügel von Herrn Fichtenbauer angeschaut und angehört und war so überwältigt davon, dass ich überzeugt bin, dass so etwas nicht einmal in der höchsten Qualitätsstufe anderer Marken zu finden sein wird. Leider bedient Herr Fichtenbauer vorwiegend Stammkunden, für die er fast immer erreichbar ist.
 I looked at and listened to Mr. Fichtenbauer's 2nd piano and was so overwhelmed by it that I am convinced that something like this will not even be found in the highest quality level of other brands. Unfortunately, Mr. Fichtenbauer mainly serves regular customers, for whom he is almost always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich Herrn Fichtenbauer wegen eines Termins zum Klavierstimmen angerufen habe, musste ich von seinem Bruder erfahren, dass er leider tödlich verunglückt ist. Es tut mir sehr leid, er war ein sehr talentierter Mensch und ich habe ihn sehr geschätzt und ihm mein uraltes geliebtes Klavier jederzeit gern anvertraut.
When I called Mr. Fichtenbauer about an appointment to tune the piano, I heard from his brother that he had unfortunately had a fatal accident. I am very sorry, he was a very talented person and I valued him very much and gladly entrusted him with my ancient beloved piano at any time.
