★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in here because they had some nice clothes on display. When I checked the price tags, everything was massively overpriced. €30 for a beanie? Extortion.
I'm rating it a 3 instead of 1 because I can't rate the tourist info desk and it's unfair to rate based on the clothing alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked for an affordable gym in Innsbruck. For a ten day stay. They directed us to gyms that either only offer a year subscription, 28-euro day pass or 40 to 80 euros per hour Olympic training facility. That would be 280 to 800 euros for our stay. When we asked for a more affordable solution they told us that visitors of Innsbruck don't want to go to gyms and that our request was not interesting enough to assist us. In the end we ended up finding a swimming pool and power plate training via Google Maps. Some of the special activities on their website's calendar (like a festival) seemed to be on different dates or none existent (like the one on the Botanical gardens).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff. Not a long wait. Sadly Welcome Card and Innsbruck Card are basically competing cards which both having their respective benefits, but that's not their fault.

They say they have information on Innsbrurck but not on Tyrol so they told us to go to another tourist information office close to the station. When we got there they told us they had no information either.
Sub-standard customer service for such a tourist-oriented information.
Maps and materials are fine and with plenty of languages available, that's real good.
